ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվող շքեղ առանձնատունը կխլե՞ն

Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի նախկին ղեկավար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի՝ ԱՄՆ Լոս Անջելես քաղաքում գտնվող առանձնատունը կբռնագրավվի և ամենաբարձր շուկայական արժեքով կվաճառվի։

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնել է, թե հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Գլխավոր դատախազության և ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության արդյունքում՝ ԱՄՆ իրավասու դատարանի որոշմամբ հանցավոր ծագում ունեցող գույք դիտարկվող՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող ԱՄՆ Լոս Անջելեսում գտնվող առանձնատունը կբռնագրավվի և ամենաբարձր շուկայական արժեքով կվաճառվի։

Նշվում է, որ առանձնատան վաճառքի արդյունքում ստացված դրամական միջոցների գերակշիռ մասը Հայաստանին վերադարձնելու հարցի շուրջ Գլխավոր դատախազության և ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմնի միջև բանակցություններ են ընթանում: Համապատասխան դատական գործընթաց էր նախաձեռնվել նաև ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից։

Արդյունքում, հունիսի 14-ին Գուրգեն և Արտյոմ Խաչատրյանները, որոնց պատկանող գույքն անցնում է նաև ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վարույթներով, ԱՄՆ շրջանային դատարան էին ներկայացրել գույքի բռնագրավման կապակցությամբ համաձայնություն ձեռք բերելու խնդրանք:

Դատարանի` հունիսի 30-ի որոշմամբ՝ համաձայնությունը հաստատվել է: Առանձնատունն այսօր էլ վաճառքի է դրված՝ մոտ 39 մլն դոլարով։ Ավելի վաղ այն վաճառվում էր 63 մլն դոլարով, բայց գինն աստիճանաբար նվազեցվել է։

Կառգրավե՞ն արդյոք այդ առաձնատան վաճառքից գոյացած միջոցները, կփոխանցե՞ն ՀՀ բյուջե, դեռ վաղ է ասել։

Հայկական կողմը ոչ միայն Խաչատրյանների ունեցվածքի մասով է տեղեկություններ փոխանցել ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմիններին։ Վերջերս Հայաստան այցելած ԱՄՆ ՀԴԲ պատվիրակության հետ քննարկել են նման հարցերը, մի ամբողջ թղթապանակ փոխանցել ամերիկյան կողմին՝ բռնագանձումներ անելու համար։
