Գործարարները պատրաստվում են միավորվել ընդդեմ Աննա Հակոբյանի

Հայաստանյան մի խումբ գործարարներ որոշել են չվճարել վարչապետի տիկնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի պահանջած 10-ական միլիոն դրամները և ընդհուպ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հայց ներկայացնել ապօրինությունների փաստով։
Հիշեցնենք, Աննա Հակոբյանը շաբաթներ առաջ նամակներ է հղել մի-քանի հարյուր գործարարների և ձեռնարկությունների՝ գրեթե հրամայական տոնով պահանջելով իր գլխավորած հիմնադրամին փոխանցել 10-ական միլիոն դրամ։ Պահանջը ձևակերպվել էր որպես «Իմ Քայլը» հիմնադրամի բարեգործական ծրագրերին աջակցելու ակնկալիք։
Վարչապետի տիկինը նույնիսկ տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել որում, իբր պատահաբար, ցուցադրել նամակը։ Մի քանի հարյուր ձեռնարկություններ ստացել էին այդ «պահանջագիր-նամակը», որոշները նույնիսկ կատարել են վճարումները, բայց մեծ մասը պատրաստ է կռիվ տալ Հակոբյանի ու նրա խամաճիկը դարձած ՊԵԿ-ի դեմ։
Մեր զրուցակիցներից մի քանիսը նշեցին, որ ՊԵԿ-ն արդեն իսկ ապօրինություն է արել՝ հարկատուների տվյալները փոխանցելով ինչ-որ հիմնադրամի, և Աննա Հակոբյանը, չարաշահելով իր ու ամուսնու դիրքը, տվյալներ է ստացել, որոնք ունենալու իրավունք չուներ։ Այժմ փաստաբանական մի մեծ խումբ աշխատում է իրավական փաթեթի վրա՝ հարկ եղած դեպքում Աննա Հակոբյանի և Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի դեմ հայց ներկայացնելու, իրենց իրավունքներն իրավական դաշտում պաշտպանելու համար։
