Վաշինգտոնում մեկնարկում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթաժողովի՝ գործընկերների ձևաչափով միջոցառումը, որին մասնակցելու համար ԱՄՆ են մեկնել նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների գլխավորած պատվիրակությունները։

Այն, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը հրավիրվել են ՆԱՏՕ-ի 2024-ի գործընկերների հետ հանդիպմանը, հունիսի վերջին Բաքվում տեղեկացրել էր ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ Ջեյմս Օ'Բրայենը։ Արարատ Միրզոյանը բավական մեծ պատվիրակությամբ է մեկնում Վաշինգտոն, դրա կազմում է նաև ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

Այցի ընթացքում, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, նախատեսված են նաև երկկողմ հանդիպումներ, բայց ԱԳՆ-ն չի մանրամասնել։ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ից նշել են, թե Վաշինգտոնում Միրզոյան-Բայրամով հանդիպման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածություն չկա։ Ամերիկյան կողմը, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, փորձելու է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպում կազմակերպել պետքարտուղար Բլինքենի մասնակցությամբ՝ քննարկելու խաղաղության պայմանագրի դրույթները։

Ադրբեջանն, իհարկե հակված չէ նոր համաձայնությունների հանգել, Բաքուն կրկին առաջ է մղում ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու պահանջը։ Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի համար բաշխված կետերի թիվը նվազել են, բայց քանի դեռ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը չի փոխվել, Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ նկրտումները չեն հանվել, պայմանագիր կնքելն անհնարին է։

Սահմանադրության փոփոխման պահանջը վերջին ամիսներին է մտել, Բաքուն մինչ այդ նման պահանջներ չէր դնում։ Եվ այս փաստը վկայում է հերթական անգամ, որ Ադրբեջանը բոլորովին մտադիր չէ խաղաղության հանգել Հայաստանի հետ, նոր էսկալացիայի հիմքեր է ստեղծում։ Միջազգային գործընկերներն էլ առանձնապես շահագրգռություն չեն ցուցաբերում Ադրբեջանի այդ ախորժակը փակելու հարցում։
