Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամը այս տարի Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի 6,3 տոկոս աճ է կանխատեսում

Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամը (ԿԶԵՀ) 2024 թվականին Հայաստանի տնտեսության 6,3 տոկոս աճ է կանխատեսում, այս մասին ասվում է 2024 թվականի ամառվա համար ԿԶԵՀ տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական հետազոտության մեջ:
Վերլուծության մեջ նշվում է, որ չնայած 2024 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում արձանագրված բարձր տնտեսական աճին, 2024 թվականի ՀՆԱ-ի կանխատեսումը անփոփոխ է մնացել կառուցվածքային զգալի փոփոխությունների պատճառով։
Աճի հիմնական շարժիչները զգալիորեն դանդաղել են, բացառությամբ զուտ արտահանման (ոսկու վերաարտահանում)։ Մասնավորապես, ԿԶԵՀ-ն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստին, որ 2024 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով ոսկերչական իրերի արտադրությունն աճել է 12 անգամ, և դա ապահովել է ՀՆԱ-ի լրացուցիչ 3% աճ (9,2%-ից):
Ըստ ԿԶԵՀ-ի փորձագետների վերլուծությունների՝ աճի շարժիչ ուժ կմնա սպառողական և ներդրումային պահանջարկը: Սպառողական պահանջարկը կպահպանվի սպառողական վարկավորման և աշխատավարձերի շարունակական աճի շնորհիվ: Ընդ որում, իրական աշխատավարձի աճի տեմպը փոքր-ինչ կդանդաղի։
Ներդրումային պահանջարկի բարձրացումը պայմանավորված կլինի պետական ներդրումների և բնակարանաշինության հետագա աճով։ Միջնաժամկետ ժամանակահատվածում տնտեսական աճի տեմպերը կհամապատասխանեն պոտենցիալ մակարդակին և 2025-2026 թվականներին կկազմեն մոտ 5,6 տոկոս, կարծում են հիմնադրամի վերլուծաբանները։
Նշենք, որ Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը (նախկինում դրա կառուցվածքում էր նաև ԿԶԵՀ-ը- խմբ.) կանխատեսել էր, որ Հայաստանում տնտեսական աճը 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով կարող է կազմել 7,5 տոկոս։
