Գյումրիում կայացել է Silicon Mountains 2024 Shirak տեխնոլոգիական ֆորումը
SOCIETYՕրերս Գյումրու Տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնում կայացել է Silicon Mountains 2024 Shirak տեխնոլոգիական ֆորումը՝ միավորելով տարբեր ընկերությունների, ստարտափների, թվային լուծումներով հետաքրքրված մասնագետների: Ֆորումի նպատակը տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի համաչափ զարգացումն է ամբողջ Հայաստանում։
Ֆորումի ընթացքում «Ստարտափները մարզերում» պանելային քննարկման հյուրերի շարքում էր Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի գլխավոր տնօրենը, ով ներկաներին ներկայացրեց Ակբա բանկի և Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի ստեղծման պատմությունները։ Ստեղծվելով մոտ 30 տարի առաջ՝ Ակբա բանկն ուներ ընդամենը 8 աշխատակից, իսկ նպատակը գյուղական փոքր տնտեսություններին փոքր վարկեր տրամադրելն էր։ Այժմ բանկը ներկայացված է բոլոր մարզերում, ունի 65 մասնաճյուղ, իսկ աշխատակիցների թվաքանակը գերազանցում է 1700-ը։
Ակբա Ֆեդերացիան հիմնադրումից մինչև այսօր համագործակցել է 53 ստարտափների հետ, որոնց 47%-ը հաջողել ու շարունակել է գործունեությունը, այն դեպքում, երբ համաշխարհային պրակտիկայում առհասարակ հաջողում են ստարտափների միայն 10%-ը։
«Կարևորությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ ստեղծենք միջավայր և հնարավորություններ, որպեսզի երիտասարդները մնան մարզերում և տեղում կրթվելով՝ զարգացնեն իրենց շրջապատը, միջավայրն ու տարածաշրջանը։ Մեր հիմնական առաքելությունն է կրթել այդ երիտասարդներին, զարգացնել և տանել առաջ։ Մեզ հետ համագործակցող ստարտափների 47%-ը շարունակում են իրենց գործունեությունն ու քայլում առաջ՝ ներգրավելով բազմաթիվ նոր աշխատակիցների։ Դա նշանակում է, որ գաղափարից գործող բիզնես դառնալուց բացի նրանք նպաստում են նաև նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը»,- նշել է Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հարություն Պողոսյանը։
Իր գործունեությամբ Ակբա Ֆեդերացիան մշտապես փորձում է երիտասարդների համար ավելի գրավիչ դարձնել գյուղատնտեսությունը։ Ֆերմերային տնտեսություններում գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվողների տարիքը բարձր է. անհրաժեշտ են թարմ ուժեր և նոր գաղափարներ:
