ՀՀՄ կուսակցության Բեռլինի գրասենյակը կոչով դիմել է միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին

«Հայոց Համազգային Միասնություն» կուսակցության Բեռլինի գրասենյակը հունիսի 12-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի դատապարտման կոչով դիմել է միջազգային հեղինակավոր իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին։ Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք դիմում-կոչի հայերեն տարբերակն ու հասցեատեր կազմակերպությունների ցանկը։
«Սույն թվականի հունիսի 12-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի շենքի մոտ ոստիկանությունը անհամաչափ ուժ և հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառեց «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման նախաձեռնած խաղաղ հավաքի մասնակիցների    նկատմամբ։

Հատկապես հատուկ միջոցների ապօրինի օգտագործման հետևանքով տուժել է ավելի քան 100 քաղաքացի, նրանցից ոմանք ստացել են ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Տուժածների թվում են նաև լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Շուրջ 30 քաղաքացի ձերբակալվել է, 59 անձի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել։
Ընդգծենք՝ ոստիկանության ապօրինի գործողությունների հրահանգն, ըստ էության, Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից  տվեց ՀՀ գործող վարչապետը, ով փաստացի հայտարարեց, թե պետականության պաշտպանության հարցում ուժային կառույցների գործողությունները պետք է վեր լինեն օրենքից և իրավունքից։
Փաստացի ոստիկանության բարեփոխման անվան տակ Արևմուտքից ստացած հսկայական գրանտերով վերաձևավորված Հայաստանի Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը վերածվել է ընդդիմությանը, ԶԼՄ-ներին, խոսքի և հավաքների ազատությունը  ցանկացած միջոցով ճնշելու տոտալիտար գործիքի։
Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունը Ձեր իսկ տրամադրած միջոցներով «բարեփոխվել»  է՝ դառնալով բացառապես երկրի գործող իշխանության շահերը սպասարկող  մահակ՝ տարածելով վախ ու սարսափ խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում։ Ոստիկանության գործողությունները փաստացի արձանագրում են ՀՀ-ում բռնապետական ռեժիմի իրողությունը։

«Հայոց Համազգային Միասնություն» կուսակցության Բեռլինի գրասենյակը միջազգային  իրավապաշտպան և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպություններին կոչ է անում հստակ գնահատական տալ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանության հակաժողովրդավարական քաղաքականությանն ու ոստիկանության հակաօրինական գործողություններին»։
