Նոր մանրամասներ 4 ամյա երեխայի մահվան դեպքի վերաբերյալ․ ՔԿ

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Գորիս քաղաքում 7-հոգանոց ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամները թունավորումով տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոններ, նրանից մեկը ԲԿ է ընդունվել «կլինիկական մահ» ախտորոշմամբ։
Սյունիքի մարզի Շինուհայր բնակավայրում ընտանիքի 7 անդամների, այդ թվում 5 անչափահասների, թունավորման հանգամանքները պարզվում են նախաքննությամբ։ Հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։
2024թ.-ի հուլիսի 6-ին՝ ժամը 01:35-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնից ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում ստացվել է հաղորդում, որի համաձայն՝ “Գորիսի բժշկական կենտրոն” ՓԲԸ-ից հայտնել են, որ «սուր էգզոգեն թունավորում» ախտորոշմամբ, ժամը 22.00-ից մինչև հուլիսի 7-ին ժամը 05,00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում շտապօգնության մեքենայով Տաթև համայնքի Շինուհայր բնակավայրից իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 7 անձ, որոնցից երկուսը՝ տղամարդ և կին՝ ամուսնիններ, համապատասխանաբար 34 և 31 տարեկան, 5-ը՝ մի քանի ամսականից մինչև 12 տարեկան երեխաներ։
Երեխաներից 2-ի վիճակը եղել է ծայրահեղ ծանր։ Ավելի ուշ նույն բուժկենտրոնից հայտնել են, որ իրենց մոտ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխված երեխաներից մեկը՝ 4 տարեկան, մահացել է։
Կատարված ստուգումներով պարզվել է, որ ընտանիքի անդամների ինքնազզգացողությունը սկսել է վատանալ հուլիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում ընտաիքի բոլոր անդամներով ընթրելուց հետ:
Հաղորդման առթիվ 2024թ. հուլիսի 6-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 412-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ամուսինները հարցաքննվել են՝ տալով նույնաբովանդակ ցուցմունք։
Քննությամբ նախնական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ընտանիքի անդամների ինքնազգացողությունը կտրուկ վատացել է Շինուհայր բնակավայրի և Գորիս քաղաքի խանութներից գնված և ընթրիքի համար պատրաստված մսեղենն ու երշիկեղենն ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամներով ուտելուց հետո, երեխաները նաև մրգեր ու հատապտուղներ են կերել:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի և համապատասխան խանութ սրահների զնություններ, փորձաքննության համար ստացվել են սննդի, ջրի և այլ անհրաժեշտ նմուշներ:
Նշանակվել է դատասննդային փոձաքննություն, դատաբժշկական և դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Ոստիկանության բաժնին տրվել է քննությանը հետաքրքրող տվյալների ձեռբերման նպատակով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ անցկացնելու հանձնարարություն:
Ծնողները դուրս են գրվել հիվանդանոցից, 4 երեխաները դեռևս շարունակում են մնալ բուժհաստատությունում՝ բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո, նրանցից մեկը տեղափոխվել է Երևանի համապատասխան բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
