Տավուշի մարզում իշխանությունների իրականացրած սահմանագծման աշխատանքներից հետո, երբ արդեն տեղադրվեցին սահմանային սյուներ, խոսակցություններն ավելի ակտիվացան, որ հաջորդ գործընթացն իրականացվելու է Արարատի մարզում՝ մասնավորապես, Տիգրանաշենում։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը ևս Տիգրանաշենը «վերադարձնելու» քարոզչություն է տանում։
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արարատի մարզի Պարույր Սևակ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանն ասաց՝ Տիգրանաշենում սահմանագծման կամ որևէ այլ գործողություն անելու մասին որևէ խոսք չկա, տարածվող տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
«Հասկանո՞ւմ եք, այդ տեղեկատվությունն այնքան չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, որ դրան պատասխանելու կարիք էլ չկա։
Հասկանում եմ, այսօր մեր երկրում այնպիսի իրավիճակ է, որ դուք կարող եք զանգահարել ու այս կամ այն հարցը տալ, բայց ինքս չեմ ուզում այդ խոսակցություններին տեղիք տամ, բացարձակապես նման բան չկա։ Ինձ հետ դրա վերաբերյալ որևէ մեկը որևէ խոսակցություն չի արել։ Տիգրանաշենի հետ կապված նման բան չկա»,- նշեց Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանը։
Համայնքի ղեկավարի մեկնաբանությամբ էլ՝ տիգրանաշենցիներին հասցվող նմանօրինակ խոսակցություններն անթույլատրելի են։
«Այս մարդիկ իրենց ամբողջ կյանքն ապրել են սահմանամերձ գոտում՝ սկսած 90-ականներից։ Նրանց մեջ մարդիկ կան, որ արդեն երկու տուն են կորցրել, հիմա եկել Տիգրանաշենում են հիմնավորվել, հիմա ստացվում է, որ գան այդ մարդկանց ասեն՝ գիտե՞ս, դու քո երրորդ տունն էլ ես կորցնելու։ Գոնե պետք է այնպես անեն, որ սահմանին ապրող մարդկանց, բնակիչների վրա բացասական ազդեցություն չթողնեն։ Իհարկե, բնակիչներն իրականությունից կտրված չեն, ամեն ինչ գիտակցում են»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Ըստ նրա, Տիգրանաշենում բնակություն են հաստատել նաև Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցները, եղել են նաև Բաքվի ջարդերից փրկված հայեր, և այսօր բացասական խոսակցություններն ամենաշատը վնասում են այդ մարդկանց, որ տուն են կորցրել։
«Առաջին սահմանապահը, դա այդ գյուղի բնակիչն է, որ անմիջապես սահմանի վրա է, ինքնաբերաբար այնպես է դառնում, որ առաջին հարվածը նա իր վրա է վերցնում, անգամ տեղեկատվական լուրերի մեջ։ Աստված ոչ անի, եթե պատերազմ սկսվի, առաջին հարվածի տակ կրկին այս մարդիկ են։ Չեմ ասում, որ հերոսներ են, գեղարվեստական բնորոշումներ չեմ ուզում տալ, բայց այս մարդիկ սահմանին են ապրում, մենք մեր հերթին՝ պետք է նրանց օգնենք»,- շեշտեց Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանը։
