Ի՞նչ վտանգներ են առկա՝ կապված Կարմիր սարի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Գինեվետ և Այգեզարդ բնակավայրերի վարչական տարածքներում գտնվող Կարմիր սարը, որի ունեցած կրաքարի պաշարներն օգտագործվում են ցեմենտի արտադրության մեջ, հայտնվել է մի քանի հանքարդյունահանող ընկերությունների՝ «ՄԼ Մայնինգ», «ԴԻԳԸՆԴԻԳ», «Գռանուլս», «ՕՐԴ», «ՕՐԴ ԳՐՈՒՊ» ՍՊԸ-ների, այսպես ասենք, ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Ի դեպ, վերջինս նախատեսում է Վեդիի վարչական տարածքում ցեմենտի գործարանի կառուցում: Այգեզարդ համայնքում փաստացի բնակվող բնակիչների 98 տոկոսից ավելին դեմ է հանքի հնարավոր շահագործմանը: Հավաքվել է 2300 ստորագրություն։ Բնակիչներն ու բնապահպաններն ահազանգում են հանրային լսումների անցկացման ոչ պատշաճ իրազեկման մասին, օրինակ՝ Այգեզարդի բնակիչը կարողացել է մասնակցել «ԴԻԳԸՆԴԻԳ» ՍՊԸ-ի կազմակերպած միայն թվով երրորդ լսմանը:
Նշում են նաև, որ փաստաթղթերն ուսումնասիրելիս շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության կայքից են պարզել, որ Կարմիր սարի վրա հանքարդյունահանում իրականացնելու նպատակով հայտ է ներկայացրել մի քանի ընկերություն, իսկ «ՕՐԴ ԳՐՈՒՊ» ընկերությունն արդեն իսկ կազմակերպել է երեք հանրային լսում, Այգեզարդ համայնքի բնակիչները տեղեկացված չեն եղել լսումների մասին և չեն մասնակցել նրանց: «ՕՐԴ ԳՐՈՒՊ» ընկերության հայտում որպես մոտ բնակավայրեր նշված են Այգեզարդ, Քաղցրաշեն, Նոր ուղի գյուղերը, սակայն թե ինչո՞ւ դրանք չեն ճանաչվել ազդակիր համայնքներ և նրանց բնակիչները ևս չեն իրազեկվել հանրային լսումների անցկացման մասին, շատերի համար տարակուսելի է: Բնապահպանները ևս նախօրեին ահազանգում էին և հիշեցնում, որ «Ընդերքի մասին» օրենքում նշված է՝ որտեղ աճում կամ բնակվում են կարմիրգրքային տեսակներ, արգելվում է հանքարդյունաբերությունը:
Կարմիր սարում գոյություն ունի 14 տեսակի բարձրակարգ բույս, որոնք գրանցված են Հայաստանի Կարմիր գրքում, երեքը՝ միջազգային Կարմիր գրքում, որոնցից մեկն էնդեմիկ տեսակ է և աճում է միայն այդտեղ։ Կարմիր սարում նաև 17 տեսակի կարմիրգրքային կենդանի կա: Հանքարդյունահանումը այս շրջանում կարող է մեծ վնաս հասցնել նաև գյուղատնտեսությանը, քանի որ փոշին, որը կկլանեն միրգն ու բանջարեղենը, դրանք կդարձնեն ոչ պիտանի: Ստացվում է, որ գյուղերը կկորցնեն իրենց եկամտի հիմնական աղբյուրը:
