44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը սաստկացրել է Հայաստանի տնտեսության հիմնասյուների դեմ «տեղեկատվական ահաբեկչությունը», միջազգային կառույցներին փորձում է համոզել, թե Հայաստանում գործող հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունները աղտոտում են շրջակա միջավայրը և հատկապես` գետերը, որոնք անցնում են նաև Ադրբեջանի տարածքով:

Հայաստանը՝ որպես տարածաշրջանը աղտոտող ներկայացնելով թիրախավորում է ՀՀ հանքարդյունաբերությունը։ Ադրբեջանի թիրախում գտնվող ձեռնարկությունների թվում առաջինը Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն է, որը թիվ մեկ հարկատուն է և Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարը։

Վերջերս Ադրբեջանում գործող Environmental Protection First (EPF) «ոչ կառավարական» դաշինք կոչված միավորումը ներկայացրել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հանքահումքային պաշարները» քարտեզը, որը կազմված է ադրբեջաներեն, անգլերեն և հայերեն լեզուներով։

Ըստ փորձագետների, նման մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրելու համար Բաքուն օգտագործում է նաև որոշ հայ բնապահպանների՝ նախկինում արած զեկույցները՝ տպավորություններն ավելի խտացնելու համար։ Հարևան պետությունում, իհարկե, բնապահպաններ չկան։ Արցախի շրջափակումը սկսած խումբն էլ, որ բնապահպանական հարցեր էր իբր առաջ քաշում, բնապահպաններ չէին, այլ Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից ուղղորդվողներ։ Բռնապետական այդ երկրում բնապահպանություն, որպես այդպիսին, չի կարող լինել։

«ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանն օրեր առաջ հարցազրույց էր տվել, անդրադարձել կոմբինատի դեմ արշավին, նշել, որ Ադրբեջանը լրջորեն աշխատում է ՀՀ տնտեսական հենասյուների դեմ։ «Եվ հանքարդյունաբերությունն առաջին թիրախն է։ Գոնե սա պետք է ակնհայտ դարձնի պարզ ճշմարտությունը, որ Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերությունը մեր երկիրն իրական տնտեսական հաջողություն բերելու մեծ ու չօգտագործված պոտենցիալ ունի»,- նշել էր նա։ Ջհանյանը կարծում է, թե հայաստանյան ակտիվիստական կազմակերպությունների շատ հրապարակումներ տեղ են գտնելու COP29-ի ադրբեջանական փորձագետների զեկույցներում։ Մինչդեռ, ի տարբերություն հարևան երկրների՝ ՀՀ-ում ավելի շատ են ուշադրություն դարձնում բնապահպանական խնդիրներին պետական մակարդակով: Եվ հայաստանյան մեդիան ահռելի աշխատանք ունի՝ ցույց տալու կատարված իրական աշխատանքները, այլ ոչ կամա թե ակամա հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ գեներացվող կեղծ զեկույցները։
