Աստանայում՝ Շանհայյան համագործակցության կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագիր է կնքել Չինաստանի հետ։

«Չինական կողմը վճռականորեն աջակցում է ադրբեջանական կողմի առաջարկած խաղաղության օրակարգին և հակաարդյունավետ է համարում աշխարհաքաղաքական ինտրիգները, որոնք ուղղված են առճակատման պահպանմանը»,- ասվում է հռչակագրի տեքստում։

Փաստաթղթի տեքստում նշվում է նաև, որ Ադրբեջանը և Չինաստանը պատրաստ են էլ ավելի մեծացնել երկկողմ առևտրի ծավալը, օպտիմալացնել ապրանքների կառուցվածքը և հեշտացնել ապրանքների մուտքը շուկաներ։ Օրեր առաջ էլ Երևանում՝ Հայաստանն ու Միացյալ Նահանգներն էին համաձայնագիր ստորագրել՝ ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը բարձրացնելով ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի։

Ադրբեջանը, համաձայնագիր կնքելով Չինաստանի հետ, խորացնելով ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունները, փաստացի Արևմուտքին ասում է, թե մտադիր չէ շուտափույթ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ։ Ալիևը փորձում է խաղալ բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ ԱՄՆ-ից Չինաստան, ԵՄ-ից Ռուսաստան, դիվերսիֆիկացնում իր տնտեսական և անվտանգային հնարավորությունները, մինչդեռ ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններն իրենց դիլետանտության, աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների տոտալ անհասկացողության պայմաններում Հայաստանն ավելի մեծ ծուղակ են նետում:

Չինաստանն ահռելի ներդրումներ ունի Հարավային Կովկասում (Հայաստանում բնականաբար ամենաքիչը), թեպետ, ի սկզբանե, Հայաստանն ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ է ունեցել սերտ կապեր հաստատելու Չինաստանի հետ։ Իսկ այսօր իր քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու քաղաքականությամբ հարուցում է թե՛ ՌԴ-ի, թե՛ Չինաստանի, թե՚ Իրանի զայրույթը։ Արդյունքում, անվտանգային ռիսկերն աճելու են, տնտեսական օգուտները սակավ են լինելու, իսկ վարչախումբը երկիրը նոր ավանտյուրաների է տանելու։
