Հինգ երեխաների հետ որպես անհետ կորած որոնվող 1990 թվականին ծնված Նվարդ Բարսեղյանը վեց տարի առաջ է տեղափոխվել Աշոցք համայնք։
Այս մասին «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Մանուկյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ վերջինիս հետ նույն համայնք է գնացել նաև ամուսինը, որի հետ Նվարդը գտնվել է քաղաքացիական ամուսնության մեջ։ Մեծ Սեպասար գյուղում աշխատանքն են գտել, տարածքին մոտ տներից մեկում էլ ապրել են։ Մանուկյանի խոսքով ևս՝ արդեն շուրջ մեկ ամիս է՝ ինչ Նվարդը գյուղում չէ։ (Ըստ ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ 34-ամյա Նվարդը հունիսի 7-ին տաքսիով մեկնել է Երևան՝ Նորագավիթ թաղամաս, որտեղ իջնելով մեքենայից՝ հեռացել է անհայտ ուղղությամբ):
«2018 թվականին են տեղափոխվել Աշոցք։ Թե նախկինում որ գյուղից, որ մարզից են եղել, տեղյակ չենք։ Բայց համայնքում ժամանակավոր աշխատանք ուներ. ֆերմայում էր աշխատում, անասնապահության գործեր էր անում»,- մանրամասնում է համայնքապետը:
Հինգ երեխաներից մեծը 11 տարեկան է, երկվորյակները 2015 թվականին են ծնվել, մյուսները 6 և 3 տարեկան են։
Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ ըստ գյուղում տարածվող տեղեկությունների՝ Նվարդը գյուղից հեռացել է այլ տղամարդու հետ․ «Ծանոթացել է մեկ այլ տղամարդու հետ ու իր որոշումով այդ տղամարդու հետ էլ տեղափոխվել է ոչ հայտնի վայր։ Մեկ ամիս առաջ է գնացել, բայց թե ո՞ւր է գնացել, չգիտենք։ Գիտենք, որ ամուսինն է դիմել ոստիկանություն, որ ճշտի տեղը, ինֆորմացիա իմանա։ Գյուղացիները գիտեն իրենց ընտանիքին, բայց մնացած հարցերը արդեն եղել են նեղ անձնական, դրա համար ոչ ոք չգիտի՝ ո՞ւր է, մյուս տղամարդն ո՞վ է»։
Միաժամանակ Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավարը նշում է, որ շատ հաճախ գյուղ տեղափոխված անձինք բարդ ու ծանր աշխատանքի պատճառով հեռանում են գյուղից, գուցե հինգ երեխաների 34-ամյա մայրը նաև այդ պատճառով է լքել գյուղը։
Աշոցք համայնքի Մեծ Սեպասար բնակավայրի նախկին վարչական ղեկավար Նորայր Պողոսյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում ասում է, որ Նվարդն ու ամուսինը համատեղ են ապրել, հոգ տարել երեխաների մասին. «Երբեք երեխաներին չեն տվել որևէ սոցիալական ծառայության կենտրոն, միշտ իրենք լավ պահել են»։
«Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից հայտնել են, որ երեխաները երբեք չեն գտնվել նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գտնվող սոցիալական խնամքի որևէ հաստատությունում:
