Դեյվիդ Նոլանդի տունն ամբողջությամբ կառուցված է կառուցվածքային մեկուսացված վահանակներից, արևային մարտկոցներից, եռակի ապակեպատ պատուհաններից և թարմ օդի շրջանառության համակարգից, գրում է focus.ua-ն:
Ամերիկացի թոշակի անցած գրող և ճանապարհորդ Դեյվիդ Նոլանդն ինքնուրույն է նախագծել իր այդ տունը Passive House չափանիշներին համապատասխան առավելագույնս օգտագործելով արևի լույսը: Շնորհիվ մանրակրկիտ մտածված դասավորության և ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների արևոտ ժամանակ տունն ավելի շատ էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրում, քան սպառում: Նրա խոսքով, իր նպատակն էր իր կնոջ հետ կառուցել մի փոքրիկ, պարզ, մեկ հարկանի տուն ճանապարհին մոտ և առանց փայտի վառարանի: Միևնույն ժամանակ, կացարանը պետք է համապատասխանի Passive House-ի բոլոր չափանիշներին:
Չնայած ֆորմալ ճարտարապետական կրթության բացակայությանը, մարդն ինքն է սկզբից նախագծել տունը, որից հետո դիմել է ճարտարապետին, որպեսզի ավարտի կառուցվածքային նախագիծը և կազմի շինարարական ծրագրեր: Բուն շինարարության համար նա վարձել է Passive House-ի մասնագետ Նյու Յորքից։
«Դա տիեզերական գիտություն չէ: Հատակները, պատերը և տանիքը պետք է լավ մեկուսացված և հերմետիկ լինեն: Պետք է լինի լավ օդի շրջանառություն և լավ պատուհաններ առանց ջերմային կորուստների: Դա իսկապես շատ պարզ է», — պատմել է Նոլանդը:
Նրա տունը 408 քմ մակերեսով ուղղանկյուն է։ Տան ամբողջ պատյանը պատրաստված է կառուցվածքային մեկուսացված վահանակներից: Տան հարավային պատի երկայնքով կա եռակի ապակեպատ պատուհանների շարք, որոնք ձմեռային հորիզոնի երկայնքով գրավում են արևի ցածր ճառագայթների ջերմությունը և օգնում բնականորեն լուսավորել բնակելի տարածքը: Տղամարդը խնամքով նախագծել է տանիքի ձևը, որպեսզի լիովին օգտվի արևի ճառագայթներից:
Տան բոլոր էներգիայի կարիքներն ապահովվում են տանիքին տեղադրված 30 հատ Suncommon 400W արևային պանելներով: Նրանց ընդհանուր հզորությունը 12 կՎտ է։ Արևոտ ամիսներին մարտկոցներն ավելի շատ էներգիա են արտադրում, քան անհրաժեշտ է տան և երկու էլեկտրական մեքենաների համար, և որը տրվում է ընդհանուր էլեկտրացանցին: «Մենք կուտակել ենք բավականին կիլովատ/ժամ էներգիայի ավելցուկներ, որոնք բավարար կլինեն ձմռան ամիսներին էներգիայի սպառումը կոմպեսացնելու համար», — բացատրել է Դեյվիդ Նոլանդը:
