Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Երևանում, «Ժողովրդավարության հայկական ֆորումին» բացեիբաց հայտարարել է, թե իշխանությունը մտադիր չէ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնել։ Փաշինյանը Եվրամիության ամբիոնից հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ԵՄ-ին մոտ լինել այնքան, ինչքան ԵՄ-ն դա հնարավոր կհամարի, բայց արդյո՞ք ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է դրան։

«Եթե ես մտածեի, որ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդն այդ գաղափարին չի աջակցում, նման հայտարարություն չէի անի։ Հիմա խնդիրն ինչի՞ մեջ է՝ անել հանրաքվե, որ պարզել ժողովրդի կարծի՞քը։ Կներեք, ես որպես պաշտոնյա, որն իրավասու է ներկայացնել ՀՀ ժողովրդին, գիտեմ ՀՀ ժողովրդի կարծիքը»,- ասել է Փաշինյանն ու հավելել, որ եթե հանրաքվե անեն, պետք է քարոզարշավ անեն։

«Այդ դեպքում մարդիկ մեզ տալու են հարցեր՝ ինչպես, երբ, ինչ քայլերով, ԵՄ-ն ուզու՞մ է, թե՝ ոչ։ Մարդիկ հարցնելու են՝ ԵՄ-ն պատրա՞ստ է մեզ ընդունել։ Ես այդ հարցի պատասխանը չեմ կարող տալ, որովհետև ԵՄ-ի ներսում էլ ընթանում են գործընթացներ, ընտրություններ են տեղի ունենում, որոնց արդյունքներն առնվազն հարցեր են առաջացնում։ Մենք ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտարարել ենք քաղաքական կամքի մասին»,- ասել է նա։

Իրականում, ակնհայտ է, որ վարչախումբն ամենևին էլ չի հրաժարվել հանրաքվեի գաղափարից, պարզապես ցանակում է ձգձգել, այլ ոչ թե Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակի պահանջած 3-4 ամսում անցկացնել այդ հանրաքվեն։

Հընթացս էլ, քնեցնելով այդ հարցը, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ինչ-որ պահի, անակնկալ ձևով դա ասպարեզ է բերելու՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխման և արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ, դարձնելու է իր օրակարգը, իսկ իշխանության արևմտամետ սպասյակներին դուրս է թողնելու քաղաքական զարգացումներից։

Որքան էլ արամսարգսյաններն ու արմանբաբաջանյաններն իրենց մի տեղն են պատռում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բարեհաճությանն արժանանալու, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը նրանց չի վստահում, կարծում է, որ ավելի մեծ վտանգ են ներկայացնում իր իշխանությանը, քան նույնիսկ օրվա տիտղոսային ընդդիմադիրները։

Կարծում են նաև, որ Արևմուտքի աջակցությամբ «սորոսականները» կարող են ինչ-որ պահի քանդել իշխանության ոտքի տակը։ Ուստի, նրանց բերած օրակարգն էլ պետք է առժամանակ քնեցնել, հարմար պահի յուրացնել, արևմտամետներին զրկել գլխավոր կռվանից։ Լավագույն դեպքում այդ «հարթակը» փոքրիկ մի խմբակցություն կունենա, որը ստիպված կլինի պարել Փաշինյանի դուդուկի տակ։
