Ֆրանսիայում կայացած խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունները ևս մեկ հարված էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում Փաշինյանը բավականին լուրջ հարվածներ է ստանում Արևմուտքից, իսկ նրա հովանավորների դիրքերը լրջորեն խաթարվում են։

Մարին Լը Պենի «Ծայրահեղ աջ» ազգային միավորումը հաղթանակ է տարել Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի արտահերթ ընտրությունների առաջին փուլում՝ ստանալով գրեթե 34 % քվե, երկրորդ տեղում «Ձախ» կուսակցությունների նորաստեղծ նոր ժողովրդական ճակատն է՝ 29 % քվեով։

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի կոալիցիան զբաղեցրել է ընդամենը երրորդ հորիզոնականը՝ ձայների 20,5 %-ով։ Հուլիսի 7-ին կայանալու է ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը, որին արդեն Մակրոնի դաշինքը չի կարող մասնակցել և մեծ հավանականությամբ «Ծայրահեղ աջերին», որոնց պարբերաբար մեղադրում են Ռուսաստանի հետ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունենալու մեջ, կկարողանա նոր կառավարություն կազմել Ֆրանսիայում՝ Մակրոնին այդ կերպ թողնելով «կաղ բադիկի» կարգավիճակում։

Լը Պենի դաշինքը երբեք էլ առանձնապես հայամետությամբ աչքի չի ընկել և, ըստ ամենայնի, Հարավային Կովկասի վերաբերյալ Փարիզի նոր քաղաքականության մեջ Հայաստանին առանձնապես ուշադրություն չեն դարձնելու, ընդհակառակը, թողնելու են Ռուսաստանի հայեցողությանը։ Հարավային Կովկասի նկատմամբ որևէ հավակնություններ չունի նաև ԱՄՆ «Հանրապետական» կուսակցությունը՝ ի դեմս նախագահի թեկնածու Դոնալդ Թրամփի։

Նախագահական ընտրությունների առաջին բանավեճում Թրամփը ջախջախիչ հաղթանակ է տարել գործող նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի նկատմամբ, և դեմոկրատները խուճապի մեջ մտածում են փոխարինել Բայդենին որևէ այլ թեկանածուով, թեպետ այդ դեպքում «Հանրապետականների» հաղթանակն ավելի հեշտ է լինելու։

Կորցնելով Ջո Բայդենի և Էմանուել Մակրոնի աջակցությունը՝ Փաշինյանը միայնակ է մնալու Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ դեմ առ դեմ, և լրջագույն խնդիրների է բախվելու, այդ թվում՝ իշխանությունը կորցնելու հնարավորության։ Թերևս դա է պատճառը, որ վերջին օրերին հատկապես տարփողված ԵՄ անդամակցության հանրաքվեի փոխարեն որոշում կայացվեց սպասել և տեսնել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանի շուրջ։
