Հունիսի 26-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունեց հերթական երեքշաբաթյա վերապատրաստման դասընթացներին մասնակից քահանաներին։

Հանդիպմանը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի «Գարեգին Ա» կրթական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գերաշնորհ Տ․ Վահան եպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանը Հայոց Հովվապետին ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի տարբեր թեմերից Մայր Աթոռում մեկտեղված հոգևորականներին, անդրադարձավ վերապատրաստման դասընթացների արդյունավետությանը։

Այնուհետև հոգևոր հայրերին ողջունեց և իր հայրական օրհնությունը բերեց Նորին Սրբությունը՝ ընդգծելով դասընթացների կարևորությունն ու օգտակարությունը հովվական ծառայության առավել արդյունավորման համար։

Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն այս դասընթացները պատեհ առիթ նկատեց նաև հաղորդ դառնալու հայրենիքում առկա դժվարություններին և միասնաբար խորհրդածելու ազգային կյանքը հուզող խնդիրների շուրջ։ Նորին Սրբությունը մասնավորաբար մտահոգություն արտահայտեց երկրի առջև ծառացած անվտանգային մարտահրավերների, արցախահայերի սոցիալական խնդիրների և ազգային կյանքում անհանդուրժողության ու թշնամանքի վտանգավոր դրսևորումների առնչությամբ։ Հայոց Հայրապետը հորդորեց քահանա հայրերին իրենց պատասխանատվության ներքո գտնվող համայնքների ներգրավմամբ լծվել առկա հիմնախնդիրների հաղթահարմանը, հայրենիքի զորացման և շենացման գործին։

Իր գնահատանքը բերելով եկեղեցականներին` Հայոց Հովվապետը գոհունակությամբ հաստատեց, որ հոգևոր դասի նվիրյալ ծառայության շնորհիվ այսօր առավել զորանում է Եկեղեցու առաքելությունը ժողովրդի կյանքում:

Նորին Սրբությունը նաև պատասխանեց քահանաների հարցերին, որոնք առնչվում էին Եկեղեցու կանոնական, ծիսական և հովվական կյանքին։
