նկատմամբ մահակի կիրառմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի նախաքննությունը։ Տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեից։
«Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, 2024 թվականի հունիսի 21-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում էր ստացվել այն մասին,
որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 11։15-11։20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Երևան քաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում գտնվող «SAS»
սուպերմարկետի դիմաց անհայտ քաղաքացին վիճաբանել էր իր և եղբոր հետ, որի ընթացքում մահակով հարվածներ էր հասցրել
իրենց, և եղբայրը գտնվում է անգիտակից վիճակում։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ․ հունիսի 21-ին՝ ժամը 11։15–ի սահմաններում, «SAS» սուպերմարկետի դիմաց՝ ավտոկայանատեղիների համար նախատեսված հատվածում, երկու եղբայրների և Երևան քաղաքի 28-ամյա բնակչի միջև տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում վերջինս բռունցքով հարվածել է եղբայրներից մեկի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։ Այնուհետև մոտակայքում կայանված մեքենայի բեռնախցիկից վերցնելով փայտյա մահակը՝ դրանով մի քանի հարվածներ է հասցրել եղբայրներից մեկի մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, այդ թվում՝ գլխին՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Հունիսի 22-ին միջնորդություն է հարուցվել հսկող դատախազին՝ 28-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում էր կայացվել ձերբակալել նշված անձին, որի կատարումը
հանձնարարվել էր ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությանը։
Հունիսի 25-ին 28-ամյա երիտասարդը ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, և նրան առաջադրվել է
մեղադրանք։
Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ,
դատարանի որոշմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը։
