Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը հատել է 12 միլիարդ դոլարի շեմը

Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը հատել է 12 միլիարդ դոլարի շեմը։ Ֆինանսների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ այս տարվա մայիսի 31-ի դրությամբ պետական պարտքը կազմել է 12 միլիարդ 102 միլիոն դոլար։
Անցած տարվա վերջին պետական պարտքը եղել է 11,8 միլիարդ դոլար, այսինքն 5 ամսում աճել է շուրջ 2,5 %-ով, կամ 300 միլիոն դոլարով։ Ընդհանուր այս պարտքի 11 միլիարդ 577 միլիոն դոլարը կառավարության պարտքն է, 525 միլիոն դոլարը՝ Կենտրոնական բանկինը։ Կառավարության պարտքից 5 միլիարդ 766 միլիոն դոլարն արտաքին պարտքն է, իսկ 5 միլիարդ 811 միլիոնը՝ ներքին պարտքը, ընդ որում առաջին անգամ է, որ ներքին պարտքն աճել և գերազանցել է արտաքին պարտքին։
Այլ կերպ ասած կառավարությունը նախընտրում է պարտք անել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներից, քան արտաքին աղբյուրներից։ 2016 թվականին դեռ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քննադատում էր գործող իշխանություններին պետական պարտքը շուրջ 6 միլիարդ դոլարի հասցնելու համար։ Իր կառավարման 6 տարվա ընթացքում Փաշինյանը կրկնապատկել է պետական պարտքը, իսկ մինչ այդ 6 միլիարդ դոլար պետական պարտքը հավաքագրվել էր 27 տարվա ընթացքում։
Այսօր էլ կառավարությունը նոր պարտքեր է ներգրավում միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպություններից, որոնք հաճույքով տալիս է այդ գումարները, առանձնապես չեն վերահսկում դրանց շարժն ու շրջանառությունը, քանի որ վստահ են, որ վարկային պարտավորությունները քաղաքական կախվածության մեջ են գցելու Հայաստանը, իսկ գործող վարչախումբն էլ սեփական իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու նպատակով պատրաստ է ցանկացած նման քայլի՝ Հայաստանը կախվածության մեջ դնել Համաշխարհային բանկից ու Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամից։
