«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

V-pitere.ru-ն իր «Պաղեստինյան գամբիտ. Ավատկովը գնահատել է Հայաստանի անսպասելի քայլը աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանն անսպասելիորեն ճանաչել է Պաղեստինը։ Այդ որոշումը բուռն բանավեճ է առաջացրել փորձագետների շրջանում աշխարհաքաղաքական հնարավոր հետևանքների և նման քայլի դրդապատճառների վերաբերյալ։ Քաղաքագետ Վլադիմիր Ավատկովն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել մի հետաքրքիր զուգադիպության վրա. Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռախոսազրույցից անմիջապես հետո է Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել Պաղեստինը ճանաչելու մասին։ Թեև այդ իրադարձությունների միջև անմիջական կապն ակնհայտ չէ, փորձագետը ենթադրել է, որ թուրքական ազդեցությունը կարող էր դերակատարում ունենալ։

Ավատկովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից Պաղեստինի ճանաչումը կարող է ձեռնտու լինել Թուրքիային, քանի որ դա ամրապնդում է Անկարայի դիրքերը։ Թուրքիան դա կարող է ներկայացնել որպես տարածաշրջանում իր ազդեցության և առաջնորդության արդյունք, այսինքն՝ ի շահ «եղբայր ժողովրդի» համաշխարհային հանրությանը առաջնորդում է «ճիշտ ճանապարհով»։ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ընդգծել է, որ երկիրը հավատարիմ է «երկու պետություն» սկզբունքին, որը համապատասխանում է այդ հարցում Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշմանը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, վերլուծաբանը կասկածում է, որ դա կբարելավի ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունները, սակայն կարող է դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների վրա։

«Թուրքիան օպերատիվ է արձագանքել Հայաստանի որոշմանը՝ հանդես գալով պաշտոնական հայտարարությամբ և հավանություն տալով այդ քայլին: Ավելին, Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է այլ երկրների կողմից Պաղեստինը ճանաչելու ուղղությամբ ջանքերը շարունակելու մտադրության մասին»,ասել է նա։ Ավատկովին զարմացնում է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև նման հնարավոր «սակարկությունը». նա ենթադրում է, որ Հայաստանը կարող է Պաղեստինը ճանաչելու դիմաց Թուրքիայից պատասխան գործողություններ ակնկալել: Այդուամենայնիվ, ըստ փորձագետի, այդ առումով ցանկացած քայլ կարող է չափազանց սյուրռեալիստական լինել, և դժվար թե ընկալվի Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Եզրափակելով՝ քաղաքագետը մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը գուցե և արտաքին խաղացողների կողմից պարտադրված է, բայց կարող է «անվճար վաճառվել», ինչը հարցեր է առաջացնում տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականությունում նման որոշման դրդապատճառների և հետևանքների մասին։
