Ռուսաստանից բացահայտ զգուշացումներ են հնչում

Ռուսաստանից այլևս բացահայտ նախազգուշացումներ են հնչում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հասցեին՝ նշելով, որ դեպի Արևմուտք քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունը լրջագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու և առաջին հերթին բիզնեսի համար։

Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը «Պրիմակովյան ընթերցումներ» համաժողովի ընթացքում հայտարարել է, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ն և Եվրամիությունն անհամատեղելի են, իսկ արտատարածքային խաղացողների մուտքը Հայաստան կունենա հետևանքներ։ Օվերչուկը նշել է, թե Հայաստանի քաղաքական վեկտորն ավելի ու ավելի է թեքվում դեպի Արևմուտք, ինչը լրջագույն վտանգ է ներկայացնում։

ԱՊՀ գլխավոր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևն էլ ելույթ է ունեցել նշելով, թե արևմտյան երկրները ճնշում են գործադրում Հայաստանի վրա՝ դրդելով մի շարք դեպքերում հակառուսական դիրքորոշում որդեգրել։ Ափսոսանք հայտնելով, որ ԱՊՀ շատ համաժողովներին Հայաստանը վերջին շրջանում դադարել է մասնակցել, Լեբեդևը նշել է, որ դեռևս չի տեսնում Հայաստանի՝ ԱՊՀ-ից դուրս գալու մասին ազդակներ։

Ռուսաստանի դաշնության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովն էլ նշել է, թե Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական և դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ կառուցել, բայց «տանգոն մենակ չեն պարում»։

Ի վերջո այս գործընթացների արդյունքը կախված է ոչ թե Ռուսաստանից, այլ Հայաստանից։ «Որքանով է այդ երկրի ղեկավարությունը գիտակցում այն ռիսկերը, որ պարունակում է Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի փոփոխությունը»,- ասել է Կոսաչովը՝ հավելելով, թե հետխորհրդային տարածքի այլ երկրների օրինակով կարելի է տեսնել, թե ինչի է հանգեցնում արևմուտքի հետ մերձեցումը։

Ռուսաստանն առայժմ քաղաքական լուրջ մեթոդների չի անցել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների դեմ հարաբերություններում, բայց տնտեսական բնույթի պատժամիջոցներն ու հայկական բիզնեսի առջև խոչընդոտները բոլորովին չեն բացառվում, ուստի առաջիկայում հնարավոր է հայկական տնտեսության բավականին լուրջ հարված, եթե գործող իշխանությունները շարունակեն նույն կերպ։
