Արցախի ԱԺ-ն կոշտ հայտարարություն է ընդունել

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի 4 խմբակցությունները համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել՝ դատապարտելով Հայաստանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության տարածքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը։
Հունիսի 21-ին, հիշեցնենք քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները հատուկ ջոկատայինների ուղեկցությամբ կոտրել էին դարպասներն ու առգրավել Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի մեքենան։ Արցախի խորհրդարանի հայտարարությանը, որին միացել են «Արդարություն», «ՀՅԴ», «Ազատ հայրենիք» և «Արցախի ժողովրդավարական» կուսակցությունները, նշում են, թե Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հատել են ինչպես իրավական, այնպես էլ բարոյական արժեքների սահմանը։
«Արցախի հանդեպ նմանօրինակ վերաբերմունքը շարունակությունն է հունիսի 12-ին իրականացված բռնաճնշումների, ինչը վկայում է, որ հանուն իշխանության պահպանման, նրանք պատրաստ են ոտնահարել երկրի սահմանադրությունը և, անհամաչափ ուժ ու հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառելով սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ, կասկածի տակ դնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարությունը և իրավական պետություն լինելու հանձնառությունը։ Մեզ համար անընդունելի ու խստիվ դատապարտելի են այսպիսի երևույթները»,- նշել են Արցախի խորհրդարանի 4 խմբակցությունները՝ հավելելով, թե Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ ժողովրդավարության քողի տակ թիրախավորում են արցախցիների տարբեր խմբերի ու անհատների՝ կիրառելով նրանց դեմ բռնաճնշումներ, խտրական վերաբերմունք՝ օգտագործելով «հայաստանցի», «ղարաբաղցի» պառակտիչ բառապաշար։
Հայտարարությանը չի միացել միայն Սամվել Բաբայանի գլխավորած «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը, վերջինս թեպետ մեղմորեն քննադատում է փաշինյանական իշխանությանը, բայց հիմնականում առանցքային հարցերում աջակցում գործող վարչախմբին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ հարկ է ընդգծել, որ Արցախի խորհրդարանի այս հայտարարությունն ավելի շատ խնդրահարույց է հենց արցախցիների մասով։
Եթե բուն արցախցիներին վերաբերող սոցիալական և քաղաքական հարցերում գործող իշխանությունների դավաճանական քաղաքականության մասով հայտարարություններ չեն հնչում, ապա Սամվել Շահրամանյանի մեքենայի վերաբերյալ առանձին հայտարարություն տարածելն ավելի շուտ սեփական էգոիզմը բավարարելու դրսևորում է դառնում։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ հենց բազմաթիվ արցախցիներ քննադատել են Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին հենց սոցիալական ցանցերում։
