ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված քաղաքացիները հուլիսի 15-ից կարող են դիմել անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման բաղադրիչից օգտվելու համար

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված մարդիկ հուլիսի 15-ից կարող են դիմել անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման բաղադրիչից օգտվելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնից:
«Կառավարության կողմից ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացակարգը հաստատվելուց հետո հունիսի 15-ից սկսվել է դիմումների ընդունման գործընթացը։ Առցանց եղանակով դիմում ներկայացնելու հնարավորություն ունեն միայն ծրագրի առաջին փուլի պայմաններին բավարարող շահառուներն, ովքեր ցանկանում են ձեռք բերել բնակարան կամ կառուցվող շենքից բնակարան գնելու իրավունք կամ անհատական բնակելի տուն: Դրանք են՝ 3 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքները, զոհվածի, կերակրողին կորցրածի կամ 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անդամով ընտանիքները, գործող հիփոթեքային վարկ ունեցող ընտանիքները, ինչպես նաև ցանկացած այլ կազմի ընտանիքները, որոնք կհամարվեն վարկունակ և բանկից կստանան աջակցության առնվազն 50%-ի չափով լրացուցիչ վարկ։
Հուլիսի 15-ից մեր հայրենակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան դիմում ներկայացնել անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման բաղադրիչից օգտվելու համար, իսկ օգոստոսի 1-ից՝ գործող հիփոթեքային վարկի մարման աջակցության բաղադրիչից օգտվելու համար»,-նշված է Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոնի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ի պատասխան հարցին՝ որո՞նք են համարվում ցանկացած այլ կազմի ընտանիքներ, և կարո՞ղ են բանկից ստանալ աջակցության առնվազն 50%-ի չափով լրացուցիչ վարկ, հայտնում են.
«Դիցուկ, ընտանիքը բաղկացած է 4 անդամից և նրանք նախընտրում են բնակարանը ձեռք բերել ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով 5 մլն դրամ արժեքով բնակավայրերից որևէ մեկում։ Այս դեպքում ընտանիքին հասանելիք աջակցության չափը կկազմի 20 մլն դրամ, և եթե գործընկեր ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունն այդ ընտանիքի վարկունակության գնահատման արդյունքում կորոշի ընտանիքին տրամադրել ևս առնվազն 10 մլն դրամ վարկ՝ իրենց կողմից մարումներն իրականացնելու նպատակով, ապա այս դեպքում ընտանիքը կարող է ընդգրկվել ծրագրի առաջին փուլում՝ անկախ այն հանգամանքից՝ ընտանիքում կա 3 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա, զոհված, կերակրողին կորցրած, կամ 1-ին կամ 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձ, թե ոչ»:
Ծրագրի առաջին փուլի շրջանակում օգոստոսի 1-ից կարող են դիմել նաև այն հայրենակիցներն, ովքեր 2024 թ․ մայիսի 16-ի դրությամբ ունեն գործող հիփոթեքային վարկ։ Այս դեպքում աջակցության չափն ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով կկազմի 2 մլն դրամ, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան դիմելու պահին այդ հիփոթեքային վարկի մնացորդային գումարի չափն է (բացառությամբ, եթե գույքը գտնվում կամ կառուցվում է Երևան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում ներառված 1-ին կամ 2-րդ գոտում)։
2024 թ․ մայիսի 16-ից հետո հիփոթեքով բնակարան ձեռք բերած ընտանիքները չեն կարող օգտվել ծրագրից։
