«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն առաջարկում է լրացումներ կատարել կառավարության 2023 թ.-ի օգոստոսի 24-ի N 1430-Ն որոշման մեջ: Այդ որոշմամբ սահմանվել են մանկավարժական ուղղվածության բուհերում բակալավրի և մագիստրոսի կրթական աստիճաններով առկա ուսուցմամբ սովորողներին տրվող պետական կրթաթոշակի չափերը և պետության համար առաջնային և կարևորություն ներկայացնող մասնագիտությունների (կրթական ծրագրերի) ցանկը, որում ներառվել են բնագիտական, տեխնոլոգիական, ճարտարագիտական, մաթեմատիկական ուղղություններով մասնագիտական մանկավարժության ծրագրերը։ Անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել վերանայելու և ընդլայնելու պետության համար առաջնային և կարևորություն ներկայացնող մասնագիտությունների (կրթական ծրագրերի) ցանկը՝ նրանում ներառելով ագրարային ուղղվածության կրթական ծրագրեր:

Ըստ նախարարության, օրինակ՝ կառավարության կողմից սուբսիդավորվող գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի պետական օժանդակության մեծածավալ ծրագրերի շնորհիվ հիմնված հազարավոր հեկտարներով ինտենսիվ այգիների և բազմաթիվ ջերմատների ու «խելացի» անասնաֆերմաների սահուն աշխատանքը դրվում է կասկածի տակ՝ առանց համապատասխան բարձրակարգ երիտասարդ մասնագետների առկայության։ Վերջին 2-3 տարվա պետական աջակցության ծրագրերով հաստատվել և այժմ հիմնվում են մոտ 3000 հեկտար ինտենսիվ այգիներ, որտեղ առաջիկա տարիներին անհրաժեշտ են լինելու հարյուրավոր ագրոնոմներ, բույսերի պաշտպաններ, գյուղմեխանիզատորներ, կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգեր և կարկտապաշտպան ցանցեր մոնտաժողներ և սպասարկողներ, ճշգրիտ գյուղատնտեսության մասնագետներ, ագրոպիլոտներ, հողային և ջրային ռեսուրսների ճարտարագետներ։

Առաջիկա տարիներին անհրաժեշտ են լինելու նաև անտառագետներ, ագրոնոմներ, ագրոէկոլոգներ, տնկարանային գործի մասնագետներ։ Ուստի նախագծով առաջարկվում է պետության համար առաջնային և կարևորություն ներկայացնող մասնագիտությունների (կրթական ծրագրերի) ցանկում ներառել մի շարք մասնագիտություններ՝ անասնաբուժություն և անասնաբուծություն, անտառային տնտեսություն, ագրոնոմիա, պարենամթերքի տեխնոլոգիա, ագրարային ճարտարագիտություն: Նախատեսվում է, որ 2024-2025 ուստարում բակալավրի կրթական ծրագրով ագրարային ոլորտի նշված մասնագիտություններով կրթաթոշակ ստացող ուսանողների թիվը կլինի 89, իսկ մագիստրոսի կրթական ծրագրով՝ 136: Ուսանողներին կրթաթոշակ տրամադրելու համար ընդհանուր առմամբ անհրաժեշտ կլինի 15750000 դրամ, որից 2024 թ.-ի 4 ամսվա համար պետբյուջեից կպահանջվի լրացուցիչ 5250000 դրամ, իսկ 2025 թ.-ին՝ 10500000 դրամ, որը ներառված է 2024-2026 ՄԺԾԾ-ի նախագծում:
