Փաշինյանի տարօրինակ առաջարկն Ադրբեջանին

Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմն առաջարկում է մեկնարկել հրադադարի խախտումների հետաքննության երկկողմ մեխանիզմի գործնականացման աշխատանքները։ Կառավարությունից նշել են, որ չնայած պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հերքում է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների վերաբերյալ բոլոր մեղավադրանքները, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է այդ օրինակ տեղեկատվության տարածումը, և աշխատակազմն Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմին դիվանագիտական խողովակներով առաջարկել է ստեղծել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության երկկողմ մեխանիզմ և առաջարկում է մեկնարկել նշված մեխանիզմի գործնականացման աշխատանքներ։
Հարավային Կովկասում և Վրաստանում Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը ողջունել է Հայաստանի առաջարկն ընդգծել, որ Եվրամիությունը Վրաստանում իր դիտորդական առաքելության միջոցով 15 տարի օգնել է նման հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել Վրաստանում և պատրաստ է կիսել իր փորձը։
Եվրամիության ներկայացուցչի այս հայտարարությունն առնվազն տարակուսելի է։ Արդեն գրեթե 1,5 տարի Հայաստանում գործում է Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը, որն էլ հենց պահվում է սահմանային միջադեպերի հետաքննությամբ և դիտարկմամբ։
Ավելին, առնվազն երեք դեպքով Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը հերքել է հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները տարբեր ամիսների։
Ներկայումս Հայաստանում 200-ից ավելի դիտորդներ են գործում առաքելության կազմում, կենտրոնակայաններ ունեն հանրապետության 6 տարբեր սահմանամերձ քաղաքներում, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն էլ անընդհատ Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը դրական են գնահատում՝ նշելով, որ դա չափազանց օգտակար է։
Այդ ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ այժմ էլ Հայաստանը երկկողմ մեխանիզմներ է առաջարկում ներդնել, փոխանակ փորձերն օգտագործել Եվրամիության դիտորդների հնարավորություններից, առավել ևս, որ հենց ԵՄ ներդրված դիտորդների դիտարկումներն ավելի արժանահավատ պետք է լինեն Արևմուտքի համար, քան նույնիսկ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի երկկողմ մեխանիզմը։ Ըստ ամենայնի՝ Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է նախապատրաստում Հայաստանի դեմ և ցանկանում է դա անել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ուժերով՝ չվստահելով Եվրամիության դիտորդներին։
