Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբն իր իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու և դավաճանական նարատիվները հանրության շրջանում տարածելու համար չի գտել ավելի «լավ» տարբերակ, քան Հայաստան բռնի տեղահանված 100 հազարավոր արցախցիների նկատմամբ կեղտոտ հակաքարոզչության իրականացումը, ընդ որում, հաշվի առնելով հանրության որոշակի շրջանում առկա տրամադրությունները, ինչպես նաև վերջինների ցածր գիտակցական մակարդակը, փաշինյանական վարչախումբն անընդհատ սրում է իրավիճակը՝ նորանոր դրսևորումներով կերակրելով իր կողմնակիցներին՝ նրանց փորձելով հանել արցախցիների դեմ։

Հատկապես ծանր տանելով այն հանգամանքը, որ հազարավոր արցախցիներ մասնակցում են Բագրատ Սրբազանի ընդդիմադիր շարժմանը՝ պահանջելով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հրաժարականը, գործող վարչախումբը փորձում է նրանց հակադրել հայության տարբեր հատվածների հետ՝ սեպ խրելով հայաստանցիների և արցախցիների միջև։ Արցախցիների մեծամասնությունն այս օրերին էլ բռնի տեղահանումից հետո ստիպված է տարրական ամենահասարակ հարցերը լուծել գոյատևման համար, իսկ իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած ծրագրերը, նույնիսկ ըստ ոլորտային փորձագետների, ոչ թե արցախցիների սոցիալական և քաղաքական կարիքները լուծելու համար են, այլ ավելի շուտ նրանց Հայաստանից դուրս մղելու։

Գործող վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է տասնյակ հազարավոր բռնագաղթվածների համար այնպիսի իրավիճակ ստեղծելու, որպեսզի վերջիններս թողնեն և հեռանան Հայաստանից, իսկ դրա համար ոչ միայն օգտագործում են սոցիալական բաղադրիչները, համապատասխան միջոցներ չտրամադրելը, այլ նաև տարրական հակաքարոզչությունը, երբ մարդիկ ստիպված լինեն թքել և հեռանալ։
