ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին կանչվել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ, որտեղ նրան դեմարշ են հայտնել՝ կապված Սևաստոպոլի վրա երեկվա հարձակման հետ, որը, ինչպես հայտարարել է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն, իրականացրել են Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը՝ օգտագործելով ամերիկյան հեռահար ATACMS հրթիռներ։
«Ընդգծվել է, որ Ռուսաստանի դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմ մղող և փաստացի հակամարտության կողմ դարձած ԱՄՆ-ն, Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերին մատակարարելով ամենաժամանակակից սպառազինությունը, այդ թվում՝ Սևաստոպոլի բնակիչների դեմ կիրառված կասետային մարտագլխիկներով ATACMS հրթիռներ, որոնց թիրախի սահմանումն ու թռիչքային նպատակների ներդրումն իրականացնում են ամերիկացի ռազմական մասնագետները, այս հանցագործության համար հավասար պատասխանատվություն է կրում Կիևի ռեժիմի հետ», - ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունում:
Մոսկվան նաև հայտարարել է, որ նման գործողությունները «անպատիժ չեն մնա»։
Նշենք, որ նախօրեին Սևաստոպոլում Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի հրթիռային հարձակման հետևանքով զոհվել է չորս մարդ, այդ թվում՝ երկու երեխա, ավելի քան 120-ը վիրավորվել է, հայտնում են քաղաքային իշխանությունները։
ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ տուժել է 124 մարդ։ Տուժածների թվում, ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալներով, կա 27 երեխա։
ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ հարձակումն իրականացվել է կասետային մարտագլխիկով ATACMS մարտավարական հրթիռների կիրառմամբ։ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պնդում է, որ Սևաստոպոլում արձակված հրթիռներից չորսը խոցվել են։
«Եվս մեկ հրթիռ, վերջին փուլում հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի խոցման հետևանքով, շեղվել է թռիչքի հետագծից, ինչից հետո դրա մարտագլխիկը պայթել է օդում՝ քաղաքի տարածքում», - ասել է Սևաստոպոլի ղեկավար Միխայիլ Ռազվոզժաևը:
Հաղորդվում է, որ պայթյունի հետևանքով հրթիռի բեկորներն ընկել են մարդաշատ քաղաքային լողափում:
Սևաստոպոլում հունիսի 24-ը սգո օր է հայտարարվել։ Չեղարկվել են բոլոր մշակութային, մարզական և այլ հանրային միջոցառումները։ Հեռուստատեսությամբ և ռադիոյով ժամանցային հաղորդումներ չեն հեռարձակվի։
ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ հրթիռային հարվածի մեղավորը Վաշինգտոնն է Ուկրաինայի հետ միասին։
