Կասկադում նշվել է Յոգայի միջազգային օրը

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության և Հայաստանում Հնդկաստանի դեսպանատան համագործակցությամբ Երևանի Կասկադ համալիրում նշվել է Յոգայի միջազգային օրը՝ հայտնում են նախարարությունից:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և ՀՀ-ում Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպան Նիլակշի Սահա Սինհային:
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում Յոգային նվիրված միջոցառումներն արժևորում են Հայաստան-Հնդկաստան միջմշակութային երկխոսությունը, դրա շարունակական ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամությունն ու համագործակցությունը:
«Որպես մշակութային հարուստ ժառանգություն և պատմություն ունեցող երկիր՝ ուրախ ենք աջակցել Հայաստանում այլ մշակույթների հանրահռչակմանը:
Մեր օրերում Յոգան համաշխարհային ճանաչում և բազում հետևորդներ ունի: Այն մարմնի և հոգու միասնության, շարժման ու պլաստիկայի միջոցով ամփոփում է համամարդկային կենսագործունեության և հոգևոր-տիեզերական արժեքները։ Այդ առումով այն ընդլայնում է իր ազդեցության սահմանները՝ հնդիկ ժողովրդի հնագույն ժառանգությունը վերածելով արդի ժամանակների կրթական և հոգևոր գաղափարախոսության»,- ասել է Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և ընդգծել Հայաստանի և Հնդկաստանի միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում նշանակալի համագործակցությունը։
Յոգայի միջազգային օրը հռչակվել է հունիսի 21-ը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի կողմից 2014 թվականին։
Հայաստանն այն 179 երկրների թվում էր, որոնք կողմ են քվեարկել ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի որոշմանը: 2015 թվականից սկսած՝ ողջ աշխարհում նշվում է Յոգայի միջազգային օրը, և կազմակերպվում են դրան նվիրված տարբեր միջոցառումներ: 2016 թ. Հնդկաստանի «Յոգա» հայտը գրանցվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մարդկության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացուցչական ցանկում՝ որպես հնդիկ ժողովրդի հնագույն փիլիսոփայության և հասարակության առողջ ապրելակերպի դրսևորում:
