Փաշինյանի գրոհը Արցախի ու արցախցիների դեմ

Հատուկ ջոկատայինները երեկ երկրորդ անգամ գրոհել են Երևանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունը, կոտրել դարպասներն ու տարել նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանին սպասարկող մեքենան։
Իրավապահները նման մի գործողություն էլ ձեռնարկել էին հունիսի 7-ին, բայց այն ժամանակ չէին կարողացել մեքենան տանել, ընդամենը կնքել էին։ Ըստ Շահրամանյանի փաստաբանի՝ քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ փաստաթուղթ չի տվել մեքենայի առգրավման անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ, ՔԿ-ն էլ փորձում է խորհրդավորության շղարշ հաղորդել Շահրամանյանի դեմ իրականացված գործողությանը՝ հայտարարելով իբր մեքենան տարել են հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, իսկ քրեական գործն առնչվում է թմրանյութերի շրջանառությանը։
Իրականում, Սամվել Շահրամանյանի և Արցախի ներկայացուցչության դեմ կատարված այս գործողությունը փաշինյանական իշխանության համար ևս մեկ առիթ էր իրենց մաղձը թափելու արցախցիների դեմ, նաև կատարելու Ադրբեջանի պահանջները։
Հայասատնի իշխանությունները բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ թույլ չեն տալու Արցախի որևէ իշխանության մարմնի գոյություն Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Դա Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր պահանջներից մեկն է։ Արցախցիները ոչ միայն պահպանել են նախագահի, Ազգային ժողովի, կառավարության ինստիտուտները, այլ նաև հասարակական հիմունքներով շարունակում են դրանց գործունեությունը որպես վտարանդի կառավարություն, իսկ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսի շարժմանն արցախցիների՝ հատկապես Արցախի իշխանությունների մասնակցությունը, հունից հանել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, և այժմ չի բացառվում, որ ոչ միայն բավարարվեն Շահրամանյանի մեքենան առգրավելով, այլ փորձեն արցախցիներին դուրս մղել Արաբկիրում գտնվող ներկայացուցչության շենքից, շատերին ձերբակալել և քրեական վարույթներ հարուցել։
Իշխանությունը նաև իր սպասարկու կայքերի ու քարոզիչների միջոցով հակաարցախյան տրամադրություններ է հարուցում Հայաստանում։
