Հայաստանում արևմտամետ գաղափարներն ամենաշատը վարկաբեկում են հենց արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերն իրենց ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածքով և թատերական ներկայացումներով։

Խորհրդարանում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության հայցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու առաջարկի շուրջ խորհրդարանական լսումները, որն առաջարկել էր այսպես կոչված ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակը։

Թեև հրավիրված փորձագետները, քաղաքագետներն ու կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները մի քանի ժամ շարուանակ փորձում էին համոզել, թե անհրաժեշտ է օր առաջ հանրաքվե գումարել Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացնելու հարցով, ակնհայտ է, որ արևմտյան ուժերի իրական նպատակները բոլորովին այլ են։

Ըստ էության՝ ելույթների մեծ մասը նախընտրական բնույթ ունեին, վկայում էին, որ այդ ուժերը պարզապես պատրաստվում են նոր քաղաքական զարգացումներին՝ դրա համար օգտագործելով ժողովրդահաճո կարգախոսներ, իսկ «Հանուն Հանրապետության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Բաբաջանյանի ցուցադրությունը՝ կալոշի և դրոշի տեսքով, վկայում է, որ այդ քաղաքական ուժը և իր առաջնորդը նոր դերասանություն են անում հանրության որոշակի շրջանի աջակցությունը գրավելու նպատակով։

Այլ հարց, որ Հայաստանին Եվրամիությունում ոչ ոք չի էլ սպասում, առնվազն ցանկություն էլ չունեն ինտեգրել փոքր և աղքատ պետությանը Եվրամիություն, ընդհակառակը, Արևմուտքը Հայաստանին օգտագործում է սեփական քաղաքական շահերն առաջ մղելու համար և թե՛ գործող վարչախումբը և թե՛ նրա արևմտամետ սպասարկուներն այդ փաստը հրաշալի հասկանում են, բայց փորձում են շեղել հանրության ուշադրությունը կեղծ կարգախոսներով։
