«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

sevastopol.su-ն «Խաղաղության պայմանագի՞ր, թե՞ դավաճանություն. Հայաստանը փաստաթղթեր է պատրաստում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Բաքվի հետ հաշտության պայմանագիրը գրեթե պատրաստ է։ Ահա նրա խոսքերը. «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստն այժմ լիովին հասունացել է և կարող է վերջնական տեսքի բերվել նախկինում հաստատված և ստորագրված երկկողմ համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա»։ Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էլ ընդգծել էր, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն անհնար է, քանի դեռ Հայաստանը չի փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, որը ենթադրաբար տարածքային պահանջներ է պարունակում։ Այստեղ ի՞նչ կարող ենք ասել: Եթե համաձայնագիրն իսկապես ստորագրվի, Փաշինյանը գիծ է քաշելու ԼՂ-ի համար դարավոր պայքարի տակ: Այդ տարածքները, հիշեցնենք, որ պատմականորեն պատկանում են Հայաստանին, դրանք վայրեր են, որտեղ գտնվում են վաղ քրիստոնեական սրբավայրեր։
