«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն երեկ հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որը, կարելի է ասել, բավականին անսպասելի էր: ԱԳՆ-ն ոչ միայն հայտարարեց, որ ճանաչում է Պաղեստին պետությունը, իմա՝ անկախությունը, այլև մի շարք կտրական շեշտադրումներ արեց: Մասնավորապես. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կտրականապես մերժում է զինված հակամարտության ընթացքում քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների թիրախավորումը, քաղաքացիական բնակչության դեմ բռնությունները և քաղաքացիական անձանց պատանդառումն ու գերեվարումը և միանում է առանց նախապայմանների նրանց ազատ արձակման միջազգային հանրության պահանջներին»: Այն, թե ինչպես է Իսրայելը խորապես թշնամաբար դրսևորվել որպես պետություն՝ ուղղակիորեն օժանդակելով ու մասնակցելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի հայության դեմ իրականացված ցեղասպանական ոճրին, ակնհայտ է:

Այնպես որ, ԱԳՆ այս հայտարարությունը կարելի է ինչ-որ տեղ համարել փոքրիկ «պատասխան հարված»: Բայց Պաղեստինի ճանաչման հետ կապված հարցի մեկնաբանությունները թողնենք քաղաքագետներին ու քաղգործիչներին: Ի մասնավորի, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը կարծում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցում նշաձողի իջեցումից հետո այն բարձրացնել Պաղեստինի կարգավիճակի հարցում՝ առնվազն անհասկանալի է: «Իմ պատկերացրած և ջատագովված բալանսավորված արտաքին քաղաքականության համատեքստում Պաղեստինի պետության ճանաչումը ժամանակավրեպ և սխալ որոշում է:

Այո՛, Համասի գործողությունները ժամանակին պետք է դատապարտվեին, այո՛, Իսրայելի պետության կողմից Գազայում կատարվող զանգվածային սպանությունները և աղետալի իրավիճակը պետք է դատապարտվի, սակայն Պաղեստինի պետության ճանաչումը, այն տեսքով, ինչ իրականացրել են փոքրաթիվ պետություններ, տվյալ հարցում Հայաստանի համար արտաքին քաղաքականության բալանսի էական խախտում է»,-մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարուքյանը: Մեզ մեկ այլ հանգամանք ևս խիստ հետաքրքրեց: Իսկ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն ինչո՞ւ գերիների ու պատանդառված քաղաքացիական անձանց աննախապայման ազատ արձակում չի պահանջում Բաքվից:

Ո՞րն է խնդիրը. «դո՞ւխը» չի հերիքում, գուցե Իսրայելը հեռու է, իսկ Ադրբեջանը մոտի՞կ, վախենո՞ւմ են, գուցե չեն ուզում նեղացնե՞լ: Առնվազն երկակի զգացողություններ է առաջացնում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը՝ մի պարագայում, երբ այս իշխանությունները բացարձակապես ոչինչ չեն անում, ոչ մի ծպտուն չեն հանում Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող գերիների, մտացածին մեղադրանքներով պատանդառված մարդկանց, այդ թվում՝ Արցախի ղեկավարների ազատ արձակման համար:
