Հին դպրոցը խնդիրներ ունեցող դպրոց է, մենք էլ կողքին բունկեր ենք կառուցել, որ եթե դիմացից հարված լիներ, աշակերտները մտնեն այնտեղ, Կիրանցում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Որոշել են նոր դպրոց կառուցել, գյուղում առավելագույնը 50 աշակերտ է եղել, հիմա նայեք, թե ինչ հսկայական դպրոց է կառուցվել, չգիտեմ՝ քանի հարյուր աշակերտի համար։ Հսկայական գումարներ են ծախսել, հիմա ասում են՝ դպրոցը չի գործարկվելու»,-ասաց նա, իսկ ներկաներից մեկի դիտարկմանը, թե լուրեր կան, որ այն որպես ԱԱԾ-ի պահեստ է կիրառվել, Բագրատ Սրբազանը հավելեց, - «Հավանաբար հենց սկզբից էլ մտածել են, որ դա որպես դպրոցի չի ծառայելու»։
Անդրադառնալով տուն կորցրած կիրանցեցիներին փոխհատուցումներ տալու խնդրին՝ Բագրատ Սրբազանն ասաց. «Գնացեք հարցրեք՝ բյուջեում այդպիսի տող կա՞, որից տալիս են այդ գումարները: Այստեղ 1000 դոլարանոց վագոն-տնակի համար 50 հազար դոլար են առաջարկել: Ասում էր՝ Կիրանցի դպրոցի մոտ ծառ ենք տնկելու, հիմա այդ դպրոցն օգտագործելո՞ւ են, որ միլիոններով բյուջեից ծախս են արել»:
Հավաքված գյուղացիները Բագրատ Սրբազանին ասացին, որ իրենք իշխանությունների կողմից լուսանկարներով ցույց տրված փշալարերով ցանկապատ չեն տեսել, այս տարածքում չկա:
«Ամեն դեպքում գնանք, փորձենք արձանագրել, միգուցե մի թաքնված տեղում գտնենք։ Չկա նման բան: Այդպիսի ցանկապատ կամ փշալար գոյություն չունի: Բայց հստակ է, որ բացի այն, որ պետական ամբողջ սահմանը քանդված է, նաև մարդկանց իրավունքներն են խախտված, սեփականության իրավունքը: Մարդիկ կան, որոնց տները 1960-ականներից են իրենց փոխանցվել: Կան տներ, որոնց կադաստրի վկայականները 2018-ից հետո իրենք են տվել: Այսինքն բացի պետական ամբողջ սահմանը միակողմանի հանձնել, զիջելը, նաև մարդկանց իրավունքներն են խլել: Պետք է դատական գործընթաց սկսվի, մենք արդեն խորհրդակցել ենք իրավաբանների հետ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ ուղղությամբ պետք է գնալ»,- ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
