Ադրբեջանը նույնիսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո հետ չի կանգնել իր հրահրած սպառազինությունների մրցավազքից և զինված ուժերի արմատական ռեֆորմներին զուգահեռ հսկայական գնումներ է անում, իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Ռազմական գնումների հիմնական աշխարհագրությունը մեծ փոփոխություններ չի կրել, այստեղ առաջատարները Իսրայելն ու Թուրքիան են, սակայն ռազմական ոլորտում ադրբեջանական ձեռքբերումները միայն այդ երկրներով չեն սահմանափակվում:

Սրան զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է իր նավթադոլարային ազդեցությունն օգտագործել` խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու հայաստանյան մատակարարումների համար:

Մեծ ծավալներով սպառազինվելով Ադրբեջանը 2 հիմնական խնդիր է փորձում լուծել:

Առաջին, ուժերի հավասարակշռվածության խախտում` ի օգուտ Ադրբեջանի, ինչը նրան մեծ հնարավորություններ է տալիս, որպեսզի բանակցային գործընթացում հանդես գա թելադրողի դիրքերից:

Երկրորդ, Ադրբեջանն իր ռազմավարական նպատակները ձևակերպելիս, ուժի կիրառման հարցը մշտապես պահում է իր քաղաքական զինանոցում:

Այն հիմնական միջազգային դերակատարները, որոնք հանդես են գալիս տարածաշրջանային երկարատև խաղաղության դիրքերից, պետք է այսպիսի փուլերում զսպեն ադրբեջանական ագրեսիվ մղումները, հակառակ դեպքում, դրանք մի շրջափուլում կմտնեն անկանխատեսելիության դաշտ, իսկ դրա հետևանքների դեմ պայքարն այլևս անիմաստ կլինի»,- գրել է նա:
