ԱԳՆ-ն արձանագրում է խաղաղության օրակարգի լիակատար ձախողումը

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն արձանագրում է խաղաղության օրակարգի լիակատար ձախողումը։ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախարարության մեղադրանքին, թե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը կրելու է տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի սրման և պատերազմի նոր օջախի առաջացման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը։
Պաշտոնական Բաքուն այդ կերպ էր արձագանքել ֆրանսիական «Կեսար» թնդանոթներ գնելու հայ-ֆրանսիական գործարքին։
«Ամեն առիթով տարածաշրջանային սրացումներ կանխատեսելու Ադրբեջանի գործելակերպը մտածելու տեղիք է տալիս, գալիս է հիմնավորելու մի շարք կենտրոնների կողմից արված վերլուծությունները, թե Ադրբեջանն ամեն ինչ անելու է վիժեցնելու Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու գործընթացը՝ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին Բաքվում կայանալիք «Կոպ 29» գագաթաժողովից հետո Հայաստանի նկատմամբ նոր ագրեսիա ձեռնարկելու համար»,- ասված է ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։
Մի կողմից փաշինյանական իշխանությունը շարունակում է սահամանազատում և սահամանագծում իրականացնել պահանջներին համապատասխան, մյուս կողմից արձանագրում, որ Ադրբեջանը լավ շահագրգռված չէ խաղաղության կնքմամբ, և այժմ միջազգային տարբեր կենտրոններին դիմելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների նվնվոցը որևէ կերպ լուրջ համարել չի կարելի։
Ի սկզբանե բոլորն էին զգուշացնում, որ Բաքուն մտադիր չէ խաղաղության դաշն կնքել Հայաստանի հետ, ընդհակառակը, օգտվելով նյութական և մարտական առավելությունից, փորձելու է հնարավորինս ավելի շատ պոկել Հայաստանից, այդ թվում այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը։
Առայժմ միայն ՄԱԿ կլիմայական համաժողովի՝ Բաքվում անցկացման հնարավորությունն է, որ Ադրբեջանին հետ է պահում ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելուց, բայց նոյեմբերից հետո այլևս իրավիճակը կփոխվի, և Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է մինչև նոյեմբեր պայմանագիր կնքելու։
Ադրբեջանը բնավ նման շահագրգռություն չի ցուցաբերում, ընդհակառակը, օրեցօր ավելի է սրում իր մոտեցումները և նոր պահանջներ ներկայացնում Հայաստանին։
