VIDEOՀայաստանի իշխանությունների «պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը», ցավոք, հանգեցրեց նրան, որ Հայաստանը հայտնվեց աշխարհաքաղաքական փակուղում: Նախօրեին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցած Մոսկվա-Երևան տեսակոնֆերանսի ձևաչափով կլոր սեղանի ժամանակ այս մասին ասել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը: Միևնույն ժամանակ նա նշել է, որ այս իշխանությունները մեզ ոչ հասկանալի հարաբերություններ են առաջարկում ինչպես հասարակության ներսում, այնպես էլ հարևանների հետ շփման տիրույթում:
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սյունիքում խոսում էր հերթական հանձնման մասին: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե որ ուղղությամբ Փաշինյանը գնում է, այնտեղից ինչ-որ բան հանձնում է: Խոսում էր 100 քառակուսի կմ-ի հանձնման մասին՝ այլ 100 քառակուսի կմ-ի դիմաց: Հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչ 100 քկմ է Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում փոխանցել մեզ: Կասկածներ ունեմ, որ խոսքն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, անկլավների մասին է, որոնք մեր երկրի տարածքում են»,-նշել է Կարապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Սյունիք կատարած այցին: Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նաև նշել է, որ սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը տեղի են ունենում ոչ թե բանակցությունների, այլ Հայաստանի վրա ռազմական ճնշման ճանապարհով:
«Դրան գումարվում են բազում դիլետանտներ իրենց կարծիքներով, որոնց պատճառով փակուղում ենք, նրանք պատճառ դարձան մեր և Ռուսաստանի՝ մեր ստրատեգիական դաշնակցի միջև անախորժությունների ի հայտ գալուն: Ռուսաստանն ակտիվորեն պաշտպանել է Հայաստանին: Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ՝ այն բանակցությունների ժամանակ, երբ ներկա են եղել Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցիչները, նրանք պաշտպանել են Հայաստանին՝սկսած Արցախում տեղակայված խաղաղապահ ուժերի հրամանատարից, որը բանակցությունների ժամանակ միշտ նստում էր հայկական կողմի կողքին: Եթե ես էի բանակցում, ապա՝ իմ կողքին: Նույնը տեղի էր ունենում Մոսկվայում, երբ ռուսական կողմը փաստացի ստանձնել էր կոնֆլիկտը կայունացնողի դերը բանակցություններում»,-նշում է Արշակ Կարապետյանը:
