«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Politnavigator.net-ն իր «Ամերիկյան պուդել Փաշինյանը ցատկել է «Բատկայի» վրա. շուտով Պուտինի վրա կհարձակվի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ դիվանագիտական սկանդալ է Բելառուսի և Հայաստանի միջև, Երևանը «խորհրդակցությունների համար» հետ է կանչել Մինսկում իր դեսպանին, որից հետո Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ-ն է սիմետրիկ արձագանքել։ Սկանդալի պատճառը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է: Նրան դուր չի եկել, որ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն մայիսին այցելել է Ադրբեջան, որտեղ Իլհամ Ալիևին գովաբանել է «վերադարձված» Արցախի համար՝ խոստանալով վերականգնման հնարավոր օգնություն։ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ Երևանը կարող է փոխել իր վերաբերմունքը ՀԱՊԿ-ի նկատմամբ, եթե Լուկաշենկոն ներողություն խնդրի Հայաստանից, կամ Բելառուսը լքի այդ կազմակերպությունը։

Բայց «Բատկայի» նկատմամբ պահանջները արդարացի կլինեին, եթե Փաշինյանն ինքը ժամանակին ճանաչեր Ղարաբաղը որպես հայկական, այլ ոչ թե հանձներ այդ չճանաչված հանրապետությունը։ Բելառուսցի մեկնաբանները Հայաստանի վարչապետի պահվածքը հիստերիկ են որակավորել։ «Նա փորձում է հայ հասարակության ուշադրությունը ներքաղաքական օրակարգից փոխել միջազգային խնդիրների վրա։ Տվյալ դեպքում դա արվում է Բելառուսի հետ հարաբերությունների սրման միջոցով, և Փաշինյանը անցել է ուղիղ վիրավորանքների»,- ասել է քաղաքագետ Վադիմ Գիգինը։ «Սա դժվար թե օգնի Փաշինյանին, նրա խնդիրը Լուկաշենկոն, Ռուսաստանն ու ՀԱՊԿ-ը չեն, նրա հիմնական խնդիրը հայ ժողովուրդն է, որը չի ցանկանում, որ երկիրը մասնատվի իր արկածախնդիր քաղաքական սալտոների արդյունքում»,- կարծում է քաղաքագետ Ալեքսեյ Զերմանտը: «Փաշինյանը ուսապարկով եկավ իշխանության, ամեն ինչ արեց պատերազմ հրահրելու, ապա այդ պատերազմում պարտվելու համար:

Այժմ նա փորձում է մեղքը բարդել ուրիշների վրա: Դա կոչվում է հիստերիա»,- բացատրել է հեռուստալրագրող Գրիգորի Ազարենոկը: RT-ի թղթակից Կոնստանտին Պրիդիբայլոն էլ կարծում է, որ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է Մինսկում բորբոքել «Բելոմայդան»։ «Մոտ մեկ տարի անց Բելառուսի նախագահական ընտրություններն են։ Իզուր չէ, որ հայ սորոսասանը իր հիստերիայի մեջ է ներքաշել հազարավոր կիլոմետրեր հեռու գտնվող Բելառուսին»,- ասել է նա։ Ռուս մեկնաբանները համաձայն են, որ Փաշինյանը գործում է Միացյալ Նահանգների թելադրանքով: «Ամերիկացիների հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո Փաշինյանը հարձակվեց Կրեմլի վստահված անձի վրա։ ՀԱՊԿ, Բելառուս, հաջորդ թիրախն ակնհայտորեն լինելու է Ղազախստանը, իսկ հետո՝ Չինաստանը։ Պետք է աշխարհին հասկացնել, որ Փաշինյանը խելքը կորցրել է»,- ասել է քաղաքագետ Մաքսիմ Ժարովը։

«Իրականում նա անում է այն, ինչ իրեն հրամայված է։ Դա ասվել է հենց ԱՄՆ պատվիրակության ժամանումից հետո։ Նա դեռ վախենում է թաթը բարձրացնել նախագահ Պուտինի դեմ, բայց դա ևս տեղի կունենա»,- կանխատեսել է վերլուծաբան Մարատ Բաշիրովը։ «Հայաստանի ղեկավարի կողմից հակառուսական հայտարարությունների և գործողությունների ակտիվացումը տեղի ունեցավ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցից անմիջապես հետո։ Ըստ երևույթին, այնտեղ գաղտնի պայմանավորվածություն է եղել: Ամեն ինչ գնում է դեպի այն, որ Հայաստանը դուրս կգա ՀԱՊԿ-ից և ԵԱՏՄ-ից, կդառնա ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկեր, թեկնածու, ապա անդամ»,- իր կանխատեսումներում ավելի հեռուն է գնացել քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկովը։
