Ինչպե՞ս և ինչո՞ւ հանկարծ տեղի ունեցավ տրամադրությունների «փոփոխություն». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, հունիսի 18-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ։ Կուրբան Բայրամի և գալիք Վարդավառի՝ Հիսուս Քրիստոսի Պայծառակերպության տոնի առթիվ փոխադարձ շնորհավորանքներից, Հայաստանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ջրհեղեղի կապակցությամբ Էրդողանի ցավակցությունից զատ, հաղորդագրության մեջ ուշագրավ է նաև այս հատվածը. «Առաջնորդներն ընդգծել են իրենց քաղաքական կամքն առանց որևէ նախապայմանի Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների ամբողջական կարգավորման վերաբերյալ»։ Միանգամից աչք է ծակում ո՛չ միայն Էրդողանի տոնայնության մեղմացումը, այլև «առանց որևէ նախապայմանի» ձևակերպումը:
Չմոռանանք, որ մինչ վերջերս նախապայմանների ու պայմանների պակաս չկար՝ սկսած Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումից մինչև Նեմեսիսի արձանի ապամոնտաժում, Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակումից հրաժարում, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացում, զինանշանի փոխում, Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն և այլն: Ու մեկ էլ... «առանց նախապայմանների»: Ինչի՞ հետ է կապված թուրքական կողմի տրամադրությունների նման փոփոխությունը: Մեզ հետ զրույցում մի քանի փորձագետներ շեշտում էին երկու կարևոր հանգամանք: Առաջին՝ ակնհայտորեն տարածաշրջանում «ղեկն» իրենց ձեռքը վերցնելու ուղղությամբ էական քայլեր են անում մի կողմից՝ ԱՄՆ-ն և ԵՄ-ն, մյուս կողմից՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ թուրքերը հայտնվում են «խաղից դուրս» վիճակում:
Ըստ այդմ, Թուրքիայի ղեկավարին անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ «օրակարգ թելադրողի» կարգավիճակ: Ի վերջո, հրաժարվելով «նախապայմաններից»՝ Թուրքիան փաստացի ոչինչ չի կորցնում, քանզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, այսպես թե այնպես, հետևողականորեն կատարում է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ցանկությունները, իսկ տարածաշրջանում դիրքերը զիջելը Էրդողանի պլանների մեջ չի մտնում: Երկրորդ գործոնը կապված է հենց այս վերջին դիտարկման հետ: Ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշը Հայաստանում հասել է «հատակին», հանրության մեջ դժգոհությունը հասել է ահռելի չափերի, ինչի մասին են վկայում նաև «Տավուշը՝ հանուն Հայրենիքի» շարժումն ու դրան աջակցողների մեծ քանակը: Ուստի, թե՛ Թուրքիային, թե՛ Ադրբեջանին անհրաժեշտ է «ատամներով» պահել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
