Մեր օրերում հայրենիքը սիրելու համար մարդիկ դատապարտվում են ազատազրկման

Արդեն 2-րդ տարին է, ինչ անազատության մեջ է գտնվում Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Միքայել Արզումանյանը։ Նրան մեղադրանք էր ներկայացվել 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող «Արեգա» բարձունքը և հարակից մարտական դիրքերն ազատագրած անձնակազմին «նահանջ» հրաման տալու համար։
Արզումանյանը կալանավորվել է 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին և մինչ օրս գտնվում է կալանքի տակ:
«Datalex» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացանք, որ օրերս Արզումանյանի ընտանիքը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության դեմ։ Նրանք պահանջում են վերացնել ՊՆ սոցիալական վարչության պետի` 2023 թ. հուլիսին ընդունած «Ծանուցում» վերտառությամբ թիվ 8 վարչական ակտը։
Միքայել Արզումանյանի ընտանիքի անդամների հետ MediaHub-ին չհաջողվեց կապ հաստատել, փոխարենը մարտական ընկերներն ասացին, որ Միքայել Արզումանյանի կալանավորումն անմիջական քաղաքական բնույթ ունի։
«Ես գիտեմ, որ նա նահանջ հրաման չի տվել, հակառակը, չի ենթարկվել ՀՀ ռազմական գերատեսչության հրամանին, դրա համար էլ ճաղերի ետևում է։ Միքայել Արզումանյանը, ի տարբերություն այլոց, 16 տարեկանից պայքարել է թշնամու դեմ, իսկ հրամանատարության տարիներին եղած պատերազմներում այնպես էր կռվում զորքի հետ, որ հանկարծ սպայական և ընդհանրապես զինվորական անձնակազմը չհուսահատվի։ Ոչ ոք իրեն մենակ չի զգացել»,- ասաց MediaHub-ի զրուցակիցը։
Միքայել Արզումանյանի դեմ հետապնդումները սկսեցին 2020 թվականի պատերազմից անմիջապես հետո։ Նրա հետ մարտական ուղի անցած տղաներն ասում են, որ «Արեգասար» բարձունքի անկման ու հետգրավման գործողությունների մասնակից տղաներից իրարամերժ կարծիքներ են հնչել։
«Մենք ամեն ինչ արեցինք, ցավոք, դա բավական չեղավ, որպեսզի պատերազմն ավարտվի այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայինք մենք: Կատարվածն ուներ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ բազմաթիվ պատճառներ, որոնք վերլուծվելու են, և կատարվելու են հետևություններ։ Մեր օրերում սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ հայրենիքը սիրելու համար մարդիկ դատապարտվում են ազատազրկման»,- եզրափակեց ազատամարտիկը։
