Ապրիլի 19-ից Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանց, Բաղանիս, Ոսկեպար, Բերքաբեր գյուղերի հատվածներում սահմանազատում իրականացնելու արդյունքում որոշ բնակիչների տներ հայտնվեցին թշնամու հսկողության տակ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շտապեց նրանց հետ հանդիպման, հայտարարելով, թե փոխհատուցում կտրամադրեն այդ բնակիչներին, միայն թե հունիսի 20-ից հետո դուրս գան իրենց տներից, փաստացի թողնելով դրանք թշնամուն, չնայած այն փաստին, որ Կիրանցի այդ հատվածում ապրողներին իրենց տների համար Կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն տարիներ առաջ սեփականության վկայական է տվել, գուցե շատերն էլ 2018-ի և 2021-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին են մասնակցել։
Արդյուհանդերձ, Կիրանցի որոշ բնակիչներ հրաժարվել են Կառավարության առաջարկած փոխհատուցումից։
Այսօր հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ կիրանցեցիներին առաջարկել են հրաժարվել իրենց Կադաստրի վկայականներից. 50 հազար դոլար են առաջարկում մի տնակի դիմաց։
168.am–ը Կիրանցի վարչական ղեկավար Կամո Շահինյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե գյուղի բնակիչներից քանի՞սն են հրաժարվել իշխանությունների խոստացած փոխհատուցումից և քանի՞սն են ստացել։
Կիրանցի ղեկավարը նշեց, որ այդ հարցով չի հետաքրքրվել, քանի որ դա բնակիչների որոշելիք հարցն է, իսկ տվյալները կարող է տրամադրել այս գործընթացի շահագրգիռ կողմը՝ կա՛մ Կառավարությունը, կա՛մ Տավուշի մարզպետարանը։
«Ես իմ բնակիչներին ոչ կհորդորեմ, կասեմ՝ մի վերցրեք այդ փոխհատուցումը, ոչ էլ կմեղադրեմ ու կասեմ՝ ինչո՞ւ չեք վերցրել փոխհատուցումը։ Նման հարցեր ես այդ մարդկանց չեմ կարող տալ»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Կիրանցի վարչական ղեկավարը փոխանցեց, որ այս պահին ավելի կարևոր գործով են զբաղված, քան այդ փոխհատուցումների հարցն է։
«Հիմա ես՝ որպես այս գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար, իմ բնակիչներին հավաքել եմ, միասին մտածում ենք նոր կյանք սկսելու մասին։ Մենք այս գյուղը չպետք է լքենք, այո, մարդիկ կան՝ հուսալքված են, բայց մենք ամեն ինչ պետք է անենք, որ նրանք այստեղից չհեռանան։ Հիմա մի փոսի մեջ ենք ու այդ փոսից պետք է դուրս գանք, դրա համար այս պահին ինձ որևէ բան հետաքրքիր չէ, բացի այդ փոսից դուրս գալու ճանապարհ փնտրելը։ Ես միայն իմ գյուղի ու իմ բնակիչների չհեռանալու մասին եմ մտածում, նույնիսկ մեկ բնակիչ չպետք է հեռանա իր բնօրրանից, այդպիսի բան չի կարող լինել։ Մենք սահմանապահ ենք, սահմանապահ էլ մնալու ենք։ Ես միայն իմ ժողովրդի հետ եմ աշխատում, միայն նրա հետ կարող ենք որոշել, թե ինչ ենք անելու, որպեսզի չհեռանան»,- եզրափակեց Կամո Շահինյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ նախորդ ամիս Կիրանցի վարչական ղեկավարը գյուղի կենտրոնում հավաքել էր բնակիչներին և առաջարկել, որ ինքը հրաժարական տա ու միանա բնակիչների պայքարին։ Սակայն հավաքվածները նրան հորդորել էին չգնալ այդ քայլին, այլ մնալ պաշտոնում ու միանալ բնակիչների պայքարին։
