Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի պայքարը Հայաստանի համար սրվում է

Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի պայքարը Հայաստանի համար նոր ուշագրավ դրսևորումներ է ստանում։ Վերջին օրերին Երևանում է գտնվում ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Ռիչարդ Վերման, որը մասնակցել է հայ-ամերիկյան համաժողովին, հանդիպումներ է ունեցել արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և այլ անձանց հետ։
Հանդիպումներից մեկը չափազանց ուշագրավ է, ճաշի սեղանի շուրջ Վերման հանդիպում է ունեցել Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դեսպան Մարագոսի, Ֆրանսիայի և այլ դիվանագետների հետ, որոնց ինքը Վերման անվանում է համախոհ դեսպաններ։
Թե ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը Երևանում հանդիպում է ունենում այլ երկրների դիվանագետների հետ հաղորդագրության մեջ չի նշվում, փոխարենը ուշագրավ է այնքանով, որ ամերիկյան կողմն իր ազդեցությունը տարածելու համար օգտվում է նաև Եվրամիության ռեսուրսներից։
ԱՄՆ-ից ետ չի մնում նաև Ֆրանսիան, Հայաստանին «Կեսար» հրետանի մատակարարելու պայմանագրից հետո, հարյուր հայտնի գործիչներ նամակ են հղել Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ կոչ անելով Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական զոորախումբ տեղակայել Ադրբեջանից բխող սպառնալիքները չեզոքացնելու համար։ Իհարկե, չափազանց բարդ կլինի Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական զորախումբ տեղակայելը, թեպետ Փաշինյանը ցանկության և հանձնարարության դեպքում նույնիսկ պատրաստ կլինի գնալ դրան, եթե վստահ լինի, որ այդ կերպ կկարողանա շարունակել իր պաշտոնավարումը։
Ռուսաստանից ևս կոչեր են հնչում, ընդ որում հատկապես վերջին օրերին բավականին մեղմ տոնայնությամբ։ ԱՊՀ գլխավոր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևը հայտարարել է, թե ԱՊՀ-ից դուրս գալու, կամ դրանում իր մասակցությունը թուլացնելու ցանկության մասին որևէ ազդանշան չի հղել։ Լեբեդևը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ Երևանի հայտարարություններին, նշել, թե ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ մասով Հայաստանն իր հարևանների հետ շարունակելու է փոխգործակցությունը, իսկ մինչ այդ, հայ-ռուսական առևտրաշրջանառությունը շարունակում է աճել։
Եթե նախորդ տարվա հունվար-ապրիլ ամիսներին Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան առևտրաշրջանառությունը երկու անգամ է գերազանցել Հայաստանի ԵՄ առևտրաշրջանառությանը, ապա այս տարվա 4 ամիսներին այդ ցուցանիշը հասել է գրեթե 9 անգամի։
