Ադրբեջանի գործելակերպը մտածելու տեղիք է տալիս, սպառազինված բանակ ունենալը ցանկացած երկրի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է․ Երևանի արձագանքը՝ Բաքվին

Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական Բաքվի արձագանքը տարակուսանքի տեղիք է տալիս: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն՝ նշելով, որ մարտունակ և ժամանակակից զինտեխնիկայով սպառազինված բանակ ունենալը ցանկացած երկրի ինքնիշխան իրավունքն է:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչում է իր բոլոր հարևանների տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմանների անխախտելիությունը: Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը բարձրագույն մակարդակում պայմանավորվել են, որ ճանաչում են միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունը՝ 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հավատարիմ է այս սկզբունքին և միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված իր 29 հազար 743 քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքից դուրս հավակնություններ չունի: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այս մոտեցումը գործնականում ապացուցել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի մարզի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Ղազախի շրջանի չորս գյուղերի շրջանում սահմանազատում իրականացնելու նախաձեռնությամբ: Ադրբեջանին կոչ ենք անում վերջ դնել ՀՀ ավելի քան 30 գյուղերի կենսական նշանակության տարածքների օկուպացիային:
Ամեն առիթով տարածաշրջանային սրացումներ կանխատեսելու Ադրբեջանի գործելակերպը մտածելու տեղիք է տալիս և գալիս է հիմնավորելու մի շարք կենտրոնների կողմից արվող վերլուծությունները, թե Ադրբեջանն ամեն ինչ անելու է վիժեցնելու Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու գործընթացը, 2024թ. նոյեմբերին Բաքվում կայանալիք COP29 գագաթաժողովից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ նոր ագրեսիա ձեռնարկելու համար:
Միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրում ենք այս, ինչպես նաև այն փաստի վրա, որ 1 ամսվա ընթացքում խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու պաշտոնական Երևանի առաջարկը պաշտոնական Բաքվի կողմից մնացել է անարձագանք», - ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
