Մեքքա ուխտագնացության ժամանակ զոհվել է 577 ուխտավոր. պատճառը սաստիկ շոգն ու հրմշտոցն էին

Աշխարհի մուսուլմանների՝ դեպի Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Մեքքա քաղաք ուխտագնացության (հաջ) ժամանակ մահացել է 577 ուխտավոր, գրում է Associated France Press-ը՝ վկայակոչելով աղբյուրներին։ Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ նրանցից 323-ը Եգիպտոսի քաղաքացի է եղել: Նրանք մահացել են հիվանդություններից, որոնք կապված են եղել սաստիկ տապի հետ։ Եվս 60 մահացած եղել է Հորդանանի քաղաքացի (Հորդանանի իշխանությունները հայտարարել են 41 զոհվածի մասին)։
Եգիպտոսցի մի պաշտոնյա, որի անունը չի նշվում, AFP-ին բացատրել է, որ զոհերի մեծ թիվը պայմանավորված է հրմշտոցով և այն պայմաններով, որոնցում տեղի է ունենում հաջը: Մասնակիցներից շատերը գրանցված չեն եղել. նրանց ժամանումը առաջացրել է ճամբարների գերբնակեցում, որտեղ ապրում են ուխտավորները։
Այս տարի հաջ է կատարել շուրջ 1,83 մլն ուխտավոր, որից 1,6 մլն-ը՝ օտարերկրացիներ։
Գործակալության զրուցակիցների խոսքով՝ հաջի ժամանակ ուխտավորները երկար ժամանակ մնացել են առանց սննդի, ջրի ու օդորակիչի։ Նրանք շոգից պատսպարվելու տեղ չեն ունեցել։
AFP-ի նյութում նշվում է, որ այն տարածքում, որտեղ Մեքքայում կրոնական ծեսեր են անցկացվում, ջերմաստիճանը տասը տարին մեկ բարձրանում է 0,4 աստիճանով։ Հունիսի 17-ին Մեքքայի Մեծ մզկիթում ջերմաստիճանը կազմել է 51,8 աստիճան։
Հաջը սկսվել է հունիսի 14-ին և կտևի մինչև հունիսի 19-ը։ Հունիսի 16-ին Սաուդյան Արաբիայի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ շոգի պատճառով ավելի քան 2 հազար ուխտավոր հոսպիտալացվել է։ Հունիսի 17-ին գործակալությունը հայտնել է Հորդանանից 14 ուխտավորների մահվան և 17 անհետ կորածների մասին։ Այդ պահից մահացածների և վիրավորների մասին տվյալները չեն թարմացվել։
2023 թվականին Մեքքա ուխտագնացության ժամանակ մահացել է 240 մարդ։
