Ռուսաստանը բացահայտ զգուշացնում է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որ Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունների չափազանց սերտացումը ծանր հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը հարցազրույց է տվել և նշել, թե Արևմուտքը Հայաստանը դիտարկում է որպես Ռուսաստանի և Հարավային Կովկասի այլ երկրների դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմի գործիքներից մեկը։
«Նպատակը պարզ է. օգտագործել հայկական կամուրջը տարածաշրջանում լարվածության հերթական օջախ ստեղծելու համար»,- ասել է Գալուզինը, հավելել, թե Արևմուտքը կոչ է անում Երևանին խզել բոլոր կապերը Մոսկվայի հետ և դուրս հանել ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն միավորներից։
«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանին ակտիվորեն գրավում է եվրոպական հեռանկարը, դժվար չէ կռահել, որ երկրին կհամոզեն հրաժարվել այն մեխանիզմներից, որոնք վերջին տարիներին ռեկորդային աճ են ապահովել իր տնտեսությանը։ Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի խզումը կնշանակի հայկական բիզնեսի հիմնական շուկայի կորուստ»,- նշել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը։
Նա նաև նշել է, թե արևմտյան նարատիվների ազդեցության տակ տեղի է ունեցել երկկողմ քաղաքական շփումների կտրուկ նեղացում։ Երևանից գնալով ավելի հաճախ են հնչում Ռուսաստանի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի անվտանգության առկա համակարգի անհիմն քննադատություններ, ինչն ապակառուցողական է և անհեռատես։
Գալուզինի հայտարարությունները ևս մեկ նախազգուշացում են Երևանին, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ շփումների վատթարացումը և ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու քայլն ազդելու է ընդհանրապես ողջ սպեկտրի վրա։ Ուստի պաշտոնական Երևանն ինքը պետք է հաշվի առնի թե ո՞ւմ հետ է ցանկանում լինել՝ Արևմուտքի, թե Ռուսաստանի, այլևս «և՛-և՛» քաղաքականության ժամանակն անցել է, Ռուսաստանն ինքն էլ բազմաթիվ անգամներ նշել է, որ դաշնակից պետությունների հետ շփվելու է «կա՛մ-կա՛մ» սկզբունքով և ընտրությունն այժմ հենց կոնկրետ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին է։
