ՀՀ-ում մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացմանն ուղղված ԱՄՆ-ի օժանդակությունը կհասնի 51 մլն դոլարի

Ավելի մրցունակ և զանազանեցված մասնավոր հատվածի ձևավորման նպատակով ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարությունը կշարունակի ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության միջոցով ՀՀ կառավարությանն օժանդակության ծրագիրը: Դեռևս 2010 թվականին երկու երկրների միջև այդ նպատակով ստորագրվել էր համապատասխան համաձայնագիրը, որի շրջանակում արդեն իսկ մեր երկրին ցուցաբերվել է ավելի քան 40 մլն դոլարի օժանդակություն:

ԱՄՆ ԶՀԳ-ի կողմից ստացվել է Համաձայնագրի Փոփոխություն թիվ 6-ի նախագիծը, որը նախատեսում է լրացուցիչ 6 մլն 683 հազար  դոլարի ֆինանսական հատկացումների իրականացում, որի դեպքում հատկացումների ընդհանուր գումարը կկազմի 51 մլն 41 հազար 565 դոլար: Համաձայնագրի Փոփոխություն թիվ 6-ի նախագծին հավանություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության հունիսի 4-ի նիստի օրակարգում: 

Համաձայն Փոփոխություն 6-ի՝ նախատեսվում է, որ դրամաշնորհ ստացողը պետք է  մշակի քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի նոր օրինագիծ, սահմանի վերջինիս առնչվող  ընթացակարգերը, իրականացնի փոփոխություններ բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարների մասին օրենքում` Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզերի ձկնաբուծարաններում օգտագործվող ստորգետնյա ջրի համար ջրօգտագործման վճարը սահմանելով ծավալի 100%-ի չափով, ինչպես նաև ապահովի ջրի որակի և ջրօգտագործման թույլտվությունների տվյալների հասանելիությունը հանրությանը:

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար է համարում վերոնշյալ Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը ՀՀ-ի կողմից:
