ԵՄ մեղր և մեղվամթերք կարելի է արտահանել՝ պահելով սահմանված նորմերը. ՍԱՏՄ

Մեղր և մարդու կողմից սպառման համար նախատեսված այլ մեղվամթերք (մեղրամոմ, արքայական ժելե, պրոպոլիս կամ ծաղկափոշի և այլն) արտադրող և Եվրոպական միություն արտահանող կամ այդպիսի նպատակ ունեցող տնտեսվարողներին ՍԱՏՄ-ից տեղեկացնում են, որ փոփոխություններ են արվել «ԱԳՐԻՆՖՈ» ծրագրում, որի շրջանակներում Հայաստանից մեղր է արտահանվում Եվրոպական միություն:
«Մասնավորապես՝ ԵՄ մեղր արտահանող ընկերությունները պետք է հավանություն ստանան արտահանող երկրների իրավասու մարմինների կողմից (Հայաստանում՝ ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնից):
Համապատասխան հավաստագիր ստացած ընկերությունների ցանկը կփոխանցվի Եվրոպական հանձնաժողով և կհրապարակվի TRACES համակարգում, որը հասանելի է հետևյալ էլեկտրոնային հղմամբ:
2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ից միայն նշված կայքում հրապարակված ընկերությունները կկարողանան շարունակել մեղրի արտահանումը։
Լրացուցիչ մանրամասները հասանելի են AGRINFO զեկույցում, որը հասանելի է հետևյալ էլ․ հղմամբ:
ԵՄ մեղր արտահանող երկրները պետք է տրամադրեն երաշխիքներ, որ մարդկանց օգտագործման համար նախատեսված որոշ հակամանրէային նյութեր չեն օգտագործվում մեղր արտադրող մեղուներին սնուցելու համար:
Երաշխիքները պետք է տրամադրվեն հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում, որպեսզի Հայաստանն ընդգրկվի 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ից հետո արտահանումը շարունակելու իրավունք ունեցող երրորդ երկրների ցանկում: Երաշխիքների մասին պաշտոնական վկայագրերը պետք է օգտագործվեն 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ից, նույնիսկ եթե վերջիններիս գործողության ժամկետը դադարելու է մինչև 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ը:
Այս փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ արտադրելը կենսական նշանակություն ունի ոչ միայն սպառողների և նրանց շահերի, այլև բարեխիղճ արտադրողների պաշտպանության, հայկական մեղրի հեղինակության բարձրացման և առևտրի խթանման տեսանկյունից»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
