Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել  Ճակատեն և հանդիպել համայնքի բնակիչների հետ։ Նա նշել է, որ գյուղ գալու ճանապարհին մտածում էր՝ ինչպես անեն, որ այն զարգանա․ «Այստեղ պետք է հազարավոր տուրիստներ գան»։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ առամց խաղաղությունը զարգացումը հնարավոր չի լինի։ Բնակիչները գործադիրի ղեկավարին հայտնեցին, որ հիմնականում անասնապահությամբ են զբաղվում։ Ճակատենում մշտական 35 տուն կա, որտեղ մարդիկ ապրում են, ընդհանուր առմամբ շուրջ 140 տուն կա։

Գյուղացիներից մեկը հայտնեց, որ արոտավայրերը շատ են, սակայն կենդանիներն անցնում են սահմանն ու հետ չեն գալիս, մարդիկ ստիպված դրանց թիվը կրճատում են։

«Եթե բարեհաջող հասնենք այստեղ, սահմանազատենք․․․Ուզում եմ ձեզ ցույց տալ, թե Ոսկեպարի հատվածում ինչ ենք անում։ Սահմանի երկայնքով փշալարերի ցանկապատ ենք սարքում։ Կովն այստեղ չի էլ կարողանա հասնել, սահմանապահներ էլ կլինեն, բայց եթե հասնի էլ, չի անցնի սահմանը»,-նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
