ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է կիբեռհանցավորության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում իրավապահ մարմինների արդյունավետ գործիքակազմի նախատեսմանը միտված նախաձեռնությունը:

«Կառավարության հեղինակած նախաձեռնությունը միտված է կիբեռհանցավորության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում իրավապահ մարմինների համար արդյունավետ գործիքակազմի նախատեսմանը»,- ասել է ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արփինե Սարգսյանը:

Զեկուցողի խոսքով՝ հատկապես վերջին տարիներին նկատվում է կիբեռհանցավորության տեմպերի աճ, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված` անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել իրավապահ համակարգին օժտել համապատասխան գործիքակազմով, որը թույլ կտա իրականացվող պայքարն առավել թիրախային դարձնել:

Առաջարկվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքում սահմանել կիբեռհանցագործությունների ցանկը: «Սա թույլ կտա իրավապահ համակարգին մասնագիտական ստորաբաժանումների միջոցով հստակեցնել աշխատանքի ծավալները»,- ընդգծել է փոխնախարարը:

Օրենսդրական կարգավորումներով նախատեսվում է նաև IP հասցեն ստանալ դատական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում (այժմ այն տրվում է քննիչի համապատասխան որոշման հիման վրա՝ դատախազի հաստատմամբ):

Փաթեթով նաև որոշ հստակեցումներ են կատարվում կրիպտոակտիվների շուկայի մասով:

Ըստ Արփինե Սարգսյանի` նախաձեռնությունը քննարկվել է գլխադասային` ԱԺ Պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում և առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցում-քննարկումները շարունակելու պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հատկապես ԿԲ-ի կողմից առաջարկվող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համատեքստում:

ԱԺ Պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությունը ներկայացրել է հանձնաժողովի անդամ Լիլիթ Մինասյանը:
