ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երեկ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարության հանդիպման ժամանակ բավականին ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել։ Հայտարարել է, թե Եվրասիական մայրցամաքում անվտանգության նոր կառույց է պետք։

«Կարծում եմ, որ եկել է Եվրասիայում Հավաքական անվտանգության երկկողմ և բազմակողմ երաշխիքների նոր համակարգի շուրջ լայն քննարկում սկսելու ժամանակը, ընդ որում հեռանկարում պետք է գործը տանել այն ուղղությամբ, որ Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում աստիճանաբար դադարեցվի արտաքին տերությունների ռազմական ներկայությունը»,- ասել է Պուտինը՝ ընդհուպ չբացառելով, որ անվտանգության այդ համակարգը պետք է բաց լինի Եվրասիայի բոլոր երկրների՝ նույնիսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ի եվրոպական երկրների համար։

Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հայտարարությունն, իհարկե, ուշագրավ խորքային շերտեր է պարունակում։ Բնական է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի որևէ երկիր ցանկություն չի ունենալու մասնակից լինել անվտանգության մի համակարգում, որտեղ կա Ռուսաստանը՝ խզելով կապերն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, բայց, բացառությամբ թերևս մեկ երկրի, որը թեև ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ է, սակայն լավ հարաբերություններ ունի Ռուսաստանի հետ և կարող է նախընտրել ավելի հարմար կառույցը, դա Թուրքիան է։

Մյուս կողմից Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հայտարարաությունները նաև վերաբերում են Հայաստանին։ Արտաքին տերությունների ռազմական ներկայություն ասելով՝ Ռուսաստանը նկատի ունի Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը, որի վերաբեյալ Մոսկվան բազմիցս իր բացասական կարծիքն է հայտնել, իսկ վերջին շրջանում ընդհանրապես դիտորդական առաքելությանը մեղադրում է Ռուսաստանին, Ադրբեջանին և Իրանին լրտեսելու մեջ։

Ըստ էության, Մոսկվան Վլադիմիր Պուտինի շուրթերով, Հայաստանին զգուշացնում է, որ կա՛մ այս, կա՛մ այն կողմում ես։ Նույնպիսի մի զգուշացում էլ Ռուսաստանի նախկին նախագահը, ներկայումս անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևն է արել՝ հայտարարելով, թե Արևմուտքը չի պատրաստվում Հայաստանին հրավիրել Եվրամիություն։

«Հայ և ռուս ժողովրդների ավելի քան մեկդարյա պատմություն ունեցող բարեկամությունը վաղուց դարձել է Վաշինգտոնի և նրա դաշանակիցների աչքի փուշը։ Անդրկովկասյան պետությանը եվրոատլանտյան ճամբար քաշելու համար զգալի ուժեր են ներդրվել»,- նշել է Մեդվեդևը։
