rtvi.com-ը «Պետդումայում գնահատել են Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու պլանների մասին. խաղը շարունակվում է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե երկիրը դուրս կգա Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունից (ՀԱՊԿ): Պետդումայում կարծում են, որ դա սպասված որոշում է, և որ Փաշինյանը «փորձում է խաղալ, և ոչ միշտ հաջողությամբ»։ Ի՞նչ են ասել պատգամավորները Հայաստանի վարչապետի հայտարարության մասին ։

Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլին. - Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունն արվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև համաձայնության հայտարարություն է արվել երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների մակարդակը հասցնել ռազմավարական գործընկերության։ Բայց դեռ այդ մասին հայտարարելուց առաջ էլ ակնհայտ էր, որ Փաշինյանը անպայման գնալու է այդ ճանապարհով։ Եթե որևէ մեկը կասկածում էր դրանում, ապա կարելի է կասկածել այդ մարդու մտավոր կարողությունների վրա: Պետդումայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Չեպա. - Շատ առումներով խաղ է ընթանում, և հրապարակներում վրաններ են տեղադրվում, ոչ բոլորն են գոհ նրա քաղաքականությունից:
