Հունիսի 14-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը ընդունել է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանման արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության տակ վերցված կամ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն ստացած (ունեցող) անձանց տրանսպորտային միջոցների պետական գրանցման և պետական հաշվառման գործողությունների կատարման բացառություններ սահմանելու մասին» որոշումը։

Որոշումը նպատակ է հետապնդում պաշտպանելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված և ՀՀ-ում շահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցներ ունեցող անձանց իրավունքները և շահերը, ապահովելու նրանց սեփականության իրավունքի իրացման արդյունավետ հնարավորություն և նվազեցնելու շահառուների սոցիալական բեռը:

Որոշմամբ, մասնավորապես, նախատեսված է, որ տեղահանված անձինք ազատվում են գույքահարկի պարտավորությունների ամբողջական կատարման մասին տեղեկանք ներկայացնելու պարտականությունից.

 

1) տրանսպորտային միջոցը ՀՀ-ում գրանցելիս` պայմանով, որ գրանցումը կատարվի մինչև 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ը,

2) տրանսպորտային միջոցը օտարելիս (տեղեկանքը ներկայացնելու պարտականությունից ազատվում են անժամկետ):

Նշված կարգավորումներից օգտվում են նաև տեղահանման արդյունքում ՀՀ տարածքում հայտնված տրանսպորտային միջոցներ (բացառությամբ՝ պետությանը, համայնքներին, պետական կամ համայնքային կազմակերպություններին պատկանող տրանսպորտային միջոցների) ունեցող իրավաբանական անձինք։

Որոշմամբ շահառու անձանց համար սահմանվում են նաև բարենպաստ այլ կարգավորումներ։ Մասնավորապես, տրանսպորտային միջոցը գրանցելու դեպքում որպես տրանսպորտային միջոցի գրանցման հասցե կնշվի բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում առկա հասցեն, իսկ սեփականատիրոջ ցանկությամբ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում իրականացված հաշվառումը չի դադարեցվի և հատկացված հաշվառման համարանիշերն ու վկայագրերը չեն փոխանակվի։
